This hotel was very clean and roomy. The employees were also very friendly and accommodating. It would be good hotel for someone just needing a place for the night or if you were visiting relatives in the area. We were attending a Naval reunion and were not familiar with the area. We thought it was going to be in Atlantic City and decided to not get a car rental and took the train, thinking there would also be bus service. BIG MISTAKE!! We could have walked the 1.8 miles to the hotel, but ran out of sidewalk so had to take a cab to the hotel, then asked the cabby to take us to the Golden Corral which was about 3 miles away from the hotel, the cab trip was $42 before the tip. There is nothing nearby enough to walk to. Also there is no pool at this hotel. We had to rely on friends to take us everywhere as we didn't want to go all the way back to Philly to get a rental. Later we used Uber for a much cheaper alternative to a cab.

We were in town beginning Saturday before Labor Day. Hotels in AC were over $300, and even ones on the outskirts were over $100. We booked this one a few months in advance at a rate of $80. We were happy for what we paid, and the drive to AC was easy. Many dining options around too.

The hotel seems to be under going renovations. The lobby is nice with the hallways looking well and smell good. The rooms seemed to have been updated. Bathroom with new looking tile, new looking carpet, and nice color scheme on the walls.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a nice nights sleep. Bedding was clean. AC worked well. Breakfast looked good, but we just grabbed a coffee as we were heading to a brunch in Resorts.

While we were pleased, the place was a bit rough around the edges. While they are doing renovations, it seems like they have everything just sitting out back. We went around the building to park, and there is a bunch of stuff around back. Not to mention the dumpster was full with garbage all around it (that was our view too). The doors from the side entrance don't shut well, and there is a room off to the other side that just has curtains draped around it giving it an odd/shabby look from the outside.

We also ended up sharing a towel, because one of them had dried blood (well, that's what it looked like) on it. It did look to be washed, but how that wasn't caught by housekeeping was odd, because it stood out. There was also a (what looked to be) makeup spot on one of the hand towels. Like I said before though, the sheets/bedding were clean and the other towels were too.

All in all, for the price, we were pleased. Other than the dried blood on the towel, we can overlook the little things. I was upset over the blood, but didn't say anything (guess I should've brought it to their attention).

We would stay here again if the rate was right. I would also recommend it to others, even with the towel.

My wife and I are world travellers, but on a budget. We travelled to Atlantic City for a one night stop to see Maroon 5 (mid 40 year olds trying to hold on to our youth!). I am a Comfort Inn (Choice) Member, and have stayed in more hotels than I care to count for work and travel. But this hotel was one of the finest of its rating. We checking in early, the room was large, clean, and quite exquisite. It had everything one would want for space, cleanliness, and amenities. Wifi!. But, the Breakfast....my God, the Breakfast. I mean, I have seen complimentary continental breakfasts of cereal and muffin, but this was one stroke short of a buffet. Hot and cold options in a large dining area. And included in the price of the hotel, which was exceptionally fair!!! I was too full for lunch (and my wife and I are thin healthy people). And just a few minutes drive from the beach. Just absolutely stellar. We are not high needs people, just a clean room with the basics, but this far surpasses that. Great job Comfort Inn. Anyone reading this, stay here. Take it from us, you will not be disappointed (unless you need someone tending to your every need at a five star resort or cruise). Outside that, this is as good as it gets in a hotel on a budget. Will be recommending 100% to any friends, family, and colleagues.

The room was good, dated but it was clean pricy for this hotel bed was very hard. The breakfast was okay typical continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. Close to casinos and restaurants. Would stay there again last minute

Room tip: Rooms to the front have a bay view.

Nice well kept hotel that includes breakfast, its outside the main atlantic city broadwalk but its prety much a straight line around the water.we stayed in a double room with two beds on the fifth floor facing atlantic city so great views.room had coffee maker, fridge, microwave ,tv a/c so all you need, breakfast was lets say hit or miss as it served hash browns, think looked like fried bread ,sosages but was not appealing when put in a keep hot container ,it had all the regular stuff like any continentall breakfast items but again another hotel that makes you use paper plates and pladtic knives n spoons n forks ,come on guys !! This makes it look like a lower class establishment ,!! You have plenty staff so buy a dishwasher and give proper cuttlery and plates ,

Room tip: Get a room facing the city above any floor from four
