Stayed there for 3 night at end of April 2016.

The food was great and made to suit my vegetarian wife. The chefs accommodated as directed.

We had pre-booked massages as a package and were treated extremely well. This were the best massages in Africa. The jacuzzi and the infinity pools are wonderful.

The hotel is good at all.i will recommend for other to prefer it,it distance wise in relation to town.it situated in cool area and fresh one indeed.i like the rooms,are high class level
the service was very good given without delays.
only disturbed by rain condition which disturbed my movements within the hotel.

We stayed three nights here and found the staff very friendly. Our room was a good size if a little dark. We had the gym pool to ourselves during the day. They tried to be very helpful with my gluten free diet. The Wi-Fi was patchy but they always tried to rectify the problem. We had room 422 upstairs facing the river and it was great.

We have spent three nights at the Cresta Mowana in Kasane. Overall the hotel needs a make over and some serious investment. They start doing it by having a new Gym and Spa area which is really nice. We had a very good massage there and the pool is new. The location on the riverside is great. However, the main amenities such as the restaurants and the rooms need new furniture. The staff is ok but lacks attention to detail and the service orientation could improve, too. The food at the dinner buffet is mediocre. Only on day three we discovered that we could order a la carte, too, strongly recommend to do that because the quality is better.

We appreciate your feedback on areas where we can do better. Our chef and his team are constantly trying out more innovative menus for our buffet. We are sorry that we were not able to meet your needs during your stay.

A long term refurbishment plan which will take care of the main amenities as well as the acquisition of new furniture is on the cards.

The facility and the service was excellent.
The staff promptly attended to all that was reported to them eg. the extractor in the bathroom was not working properly as it was making a screeching sound and it was attended to by the maintenance team.
PLEASE CONSIDER HAVING CITIZEN AND NON-CITIZEN PRICES!
