What a fantastic place! The staff took great care of us, catering to all our needs. They were very friendly and open. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the nicest place we stayed on our week long adventure through Bolivia and Peru. The unobstructed view of the lake from our bed, sitting area and shower was magic. Good food in the restaurant here as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel looks amazing! When you arrive and see the room, you feel bad for not staying more nights. Then you find out your balcony doesn't really close. And the bathroom has a weird structure that has the toilet seat in a tiny room with no windows or enough ventilation, so it always smells humid and as if you were in a construction site. And the is no frigobar or air conditioning. There is dust all over the floor, probably because the balcony does not close. And wifi only near the lobby.

But as the view is stunning, it would be reasonable if a tub facing the lake would make envy thing perfect, right? If they had hot water, which sometimes they don't as the generator is not always on, specially when there are power shortages in the island, which is when they save their power for the restaurant. So, too bad for you, your room and your lack of air in the morning, when the air is cold and dry.

Staff was friendly but did everything at their convenience. When the power went out. The clerk conveniently kept asking if we were paying in bolivianos or dollars even though we said that we would use the credit card that was used to ay for the room. the clerk then remarked that they had no electricity. Guess I was supposed to find a working atm to withdraw all the cash i needed because, really, making the phone call to get the authorization from the card issuer was that hard,

Rosario is considered the best hotel in Lake Titicaca and, even though it looks and charges as. 4 start hotel, it is easy to understand why it is ranked as a 3 star. A good hotel for sure, but not as good as they would like to believe.

Room Tip: Check if your balcony closes for sure. Believe me, that will make a lot of difference in the early h...

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Rosario Lago Titicaca and really enjoyed our time.
The room was very nice decorated and clean. The bed was a bit too small (suppose it was Queen size and we usually like more space).
The breakfast buffet was sufficient and good.
And we had 3-times dinner at the hotel, because it was so delicious. Their chef is really recommendable and all dishes are yummy and very nice decorated.
The staff is very friendly and supportive in all cases.
So the hotel is a great choice and really to recommend.

Great relaxing stay at hotel rosario! Great views of the lake from your room, great customer service. Great location. Take a day trip to Isla del Sol and come back to relax at the hotel! Wifi only works in lobby area. Would highly recommend staying here!

The restaurant in house is great as well. Only problem is don't order anything with mushrooms. I don't think bolivia has fresh mushrooms as anytime I ordered anything with mushrooms,

Gets five stars because we got upgraded to a suite! But whatever room you have, this is an excellent hotel. It’s nicely separated by about three blocks from the guitar-strumming, Rasta-locked backpackers that seem to dominate the town’s tourists. Rooms have iPhone docking stations so you can play your favourite music instead of watching terrible TV. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Integrates well with their sister hotel in La Paz, also highly recommended. Good wi-fi.

Very affordable, clean, neat hotel with great views, HOT water and great attention and service! Great to be able to retreat to a comfy bed after a day of adventure.... When we had small issues we called reception and they were very attentive. Enjoy a mate tea in the lobby whilst getting up to date with things back at home with wi fi internet.
Great service, very friendly and highly recommended for a great place to stay whilst visiting Copacabana!
