I had been craving a good coffee and this place had the best latte I had in my entire trip across Sth America. I had the recommended baked beans and soda bread which so good. They also have free water available to fill up your water bottles. A great place to chill out, have some good coffee and catch up on some emails etc with the free si if available.

Although we always try to eat local when travelling, after several weeks of very bad food we were drawn to the promise of "baked beans on soda bread" - both were home made and really delicious. The coffee was perfect, so too were the fresh fruit juices and yoghurt drinks. We very much enjoyed reading the book of tips written by South American travellers. After our stay on Isla del Sol we returned to this cafe two more times, once taking a weary looking traveller with us as we thought he needed a really good breakfast - the look of joy as he tucked in was a sight to behold!

Homemade baked beans and scrambled egg on toast, just what we needed. They do a great chocolate cake too and the owner is very helpful. Lovely relaxing atmosphere.

We couldn't believe it when we came across this place, serving homemade Irish soda-bread, proper porridge, homemade baked beans, Barry's tea and proper coffee with complimentary milk! Generally we try to avoid Irish restaurants / bars when abroad as they're rarely authentic but this place is the real deal, run by a guy from Cork and his wife. They are a great source of local knowledge plus have books written by travellers with tips for travelling in Bolivia and S America. There is a lovely atmosphere with nice music and books for sale. Free wifi.

This small quaint restaurant has a variety of delicious food and drinks. The ambient music in the background sets the mood. They have free wi-fi and they offer a book written by tourists that have passed through with all useful information about travels in South America. The owners Dan and his wife are extremely friendly and I struck up some great conversation with them. Don't miss this place!!!!
