My son (vegetarian) and I ate here this past weekend. We waited to about 10 minutes just to put our name in and perhaps less than 10 more to sit. Varied menu with 4-5 tables outside the entrance. Service was very good and our waitress was particularly patient and understanding as my son will not eat anything with corn or corn products in it. She even brought the chefs list of ingredients to the table for him to review! I had the veggie burger and the uncommon man salad, which was yummy. Veggie burgers are made there and was probably the best one that I have ever had.
The place was loaded with local seniors, which to me is always a sign of good food. Lots of comfort type foods and desserts were reasonable priced for homemade. Cheese spread and crackers available while you wait for your table. Tons of old Life magazines available for sale near the door to keep you occupied. Bar upstairs, also with some tables outside. The Common Man store is across the street and felt like a very "New Hampshire" experience with country store smells, fudge for sale and gifts from jewelry, hand creams, chimes and chocolate covered goodies.
