Ranked #6 of 22 things to do in Alexandria

We had a family room and it was huge. Yes, it could use some upgrading like chipping paint on the doors and caulk, There is no reasonable place to get food for kids, The restaurant is overpriced. We went to mac and dons not far away. I seem to remember they used to have a great bkfst buffet.

Get there early and it is quite. As the morning progresses, the busier it gets. It also can get difficult to even just get a place to sit and put your things. The water is fairly warm. The hot tub is the best for adults .. kids need to be over 12. If staying at the resort, it is a long walk from the rooms. Be sure to bring pool shoes and cover-ups.

my 8 and 10 year old spent about 3 hours at the water park, which was just about right for the size. This is a great place for younger kids...and a place for teen agers to hang if there's no snow outside. But it's not Great Wolf.

Clean waterpark, lazy river, slides that were appropriate for younger children (5-6 year old) and slightly more risk taking slides for more adventuresome kids/adults.
