My daughter and I stopped here and sampled the wine and walked the grounds. It was a fun, relaxed afternoon that we really enjoyed.

The staff were very knowledgable and FRIENDLY!! The winery is very clean and well cared for. They offer great gifts and fun shirts, hats, and wine souvenirs. The wine selection is spectacular and delicious! A person can tell the wine here is made with expertise and love! We will definitely be coming back!

The Grape Stomp weekend festival in September is an amazing time! We have been there as vendors and as visitors. Saturday is the day to go for all the activity and lots of fun wine drinker watching as it turns to evening. They have I Love Lucy look alike contests and grape stomping galore! Friday and Sunday is much less crowded and there are still activities. They also have a "Man Cave" with beer for the non-wine drinkers. There is a great collection of vendors and great entertainment. They've got a few stages of entertainment at all times. We will be back annually!

Dear Poofbear,
We love the Grape Stomp and are so pleased to hear that you do as well. All the fun things you mentioned will be returning to this year's festival - plus we have arranged to have the All American Logging Show performing all three days. We look forward to your return as a visitor or a vendor or both!

We visited the Carlos Creek winery as part of a Save Coin deal. We had a very nice time and enjoyed the wines we sampled, as well as bought a few to take home with us.

Everything was very well done, clean and put together. We did have a bit of a time finding the place; we did not see any signs and that would have been helpful. Also, having not been there before, we were not even sure where to enter (there are several buildings right there) and what to do once we did enter, to join the sampling/tour. The staff were very busy, so we waited a bit to get someone's attention to ask how/where to go. Once we got started on the sampling, it went smooth and there seemed to be a very efficient process with tokens provided to acknowledge how many samples you had left.
The winery tour was good, but don't go in expecting alot. There were quite a few people in the bar and seating area, live music playing and food available for purchase.
I bet the place and grounds are just beautiful in the summer and we would like to return to see everything green!

Dear Sunseeker,
Thank you for taking the time to post about Carlos Creek. This is the first time we have worked with Save Coin and we are really enjoying all the visitors from North Dakota!

I am glad you were able to eventually find us! We are out of town a bit, and GPS is not always reliable in the country, so it can be a bit challenging but I sincerely hope it was worth your effort. The day you were here was unexpectedly busy. CRAZY busy in fact! Thank you for your patience. I hope you enjoyed our wine and the live music. And YES it is beautiful here in the summer with the added bonus that we offer live music Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays - and if the weather is nice, the bands play outside. So I do hope you are able to visit us again.

Wine tasting at its finest with nice selection and a wine information sheet to help with your wine tasting selections. Informative tour as well. Very friendly, helpful and down-to-earth staff.
