Stopped for lunch on the way back home from Northern Minnesota. I love the fresh wood burning as you walk into the viking themed restaurant. Service was incredibly nice and very attentive. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with scramble around noon and the gravy was incredibly fresh. While not the healthiest of all meals it was delightfully fresh and well prepared. Salad bar looked to be above average and fresh as well.

Came in for dinner after a long drive. The restaurant was clean and busy. I sat at the counter and it is in the professional drivers section and their policy is no alcohol served in this area. Don't sit there if you want a Beer. Service prompt considering it was supper hour. Has the Buffet with the Seafood as it was the Friday thing. A little spendy but Seafood included. Good menu and would go again if passing thru the area.

it's shares a parking lot and sidewalks, so you can just walk over which was great after a long day on the road. there was a big buffet which seemed to be quite popular and it looked good. we didn't want to eat that much though, so we ordered off the (large) menu - i had nachos - exactly what i wanted. it's reasonably priced as well.

plus there's a big shop in the same building with gifts, food items, tshirts, souvenirs, etc which was enjoyable to browse thru after dinner.

i'd stop and eat here again.

I had a few imported beers here before savoring a sirloin steak with veggies and fries. The beer selection was adequate yet could've been a few degrees cooler. The steak was quite tasty for truck stop fair. Nothing exceptional but these thinner cuts never are. I've eaten here a few times before and the food is always good. Nice decor.
