Very good food in a cute atmosphere in the north woods of MN. I gave it a four instead of a five because I thought it was expensive. Another reason was due to the fact that the entrance was cluttered with 3 - 6 foot high stacks of green buckets they had for sale for $2.00 a piece. Very tacky. Looking closer at them, they were 5 gallon pails that sauerkraut they purchased came in informing everyone that an "authentic" German restaurant doesn't make its own sauerkraut. The money they gain from selling the pails in their entrance is not worth the loss of atmosphere or the lessening of the authenticity of the German food experience. This all being said, I would return and my husband concurs.
