Clean, newer, and quiet. Not one complaint about the room. Nice lobby and front desk staff. Typical courtyard design.

Kind of a strange area next to an abandoned Big buck Brewery, huge parking lot and a couple office buildings. A Tim Hortons/Wendys is a very short walk away.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not facing I-75, it is very loud.

We were looking to book a hotel for a out of town wedding. I booked a couple rooms at the Coutryard by Marriott in Auburn Hills. It was easy to find and very convenient. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The whole place looked brand new. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were at the hotel. We got a $63 rate per night on expedia and they normally were $149-$169. We were extremely happy with our choice and will stay there again.

Booked 3 rooms for my family this past weekend and everything was GREAT ($73 per night off Expedia). Our rooms were all very clean and all came with all the modern amenities you would expect from Marriott. This location is close to the Great Lake Crossing shopping mall and every major restaurant you can think of. On Sunday morning we jumped onto 75 South and were down to Comerica Park in what seemed like minutes to watch a great ballgame on a beautiful day. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel and look forward to coming back in the future. Thanks to Aimee on the front desk for all her help checking in and the 1/2 price beers ;)

We were very impressed when we came into this hotel.
Very clean and good service.
We bought the "Stay for breakfast" and it was a good deal. Nice breakfast to start the day.
The swimming pool and the hot tub are very good. Also, the fitness room.
I would recommend.

I visited this very clean hotel with a large group of almost 20 families for a sporting event in nearby Troy, MI. The hotel was updated with every amenity possible including a gym, pool with very large hot tub, computer area and an excellent in-house cafe serving very good food and spirits. I'd say what made this hotel stand out from others was the outstanding service we received from the hotel staff from the managers and desk clerks to the property coordinator Adrian who went out of his way to make sure that our group was completed satisfied. He even gave us great advice for navigating safely around the Detroit area. I would definitely stay in this hotel again while in the Detroit area.
