I love dining rooms in hotels. Victors doesn't see many locals; most customers are visiting U-M. Consequently, it is seldom crowded.
The food can be good to excellent, depending on who is manning the stove. Likewise, service can be outstanding-- or just acceptable.
Breakfast/brunch is a tremendous bargain.
Parking is easy; they have a surface lot.
Diners tend to be 40+. This is not a spot for the jeans and ball cap crowd.
