It has been year's since we have been to Knight's, primarily due to our opinion of many better options. Our visit last week was extremely disappointing. Our waitress was very unattentive and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her. However, the table behind us had a different waitress and their service was far better than ours.
Also, the restaurant is very dated and feels "old". Some of the walls are actually covered in carpeting.
The bottom of the receipt has the e-mail address for a Knight family member. I sent him an e-mail expressing my disappointment in the service and did not get a response, which says a lot to me.
