We recently booked 20 rooms at this hotel for a hockey tournament. Marilyn the Sales Mgr was amazing booking our team rooms including a meeting room and team meals. The hotel is brand new and is in fantasic shape. It is directly across from a huge shopping mall and close to other shopping and dining. The rates were also hard to beleive for everything you got out of this hotel. There is a huge pool for kids and we enjoyed the restaurant, bar and catering onsite.
Staff were amzing including Kristin at check in, catering staff and mgm. We will definately be back next year. Great job guys. Thanks Milton Winterhawks

My husband and I recently spent three nights at this hotel. The staff exceptional, as was the facility. As a new hotel, I expected some rough edges due to "getting the bugs out"; however, I was wrong. Everything was wonderful. The purpose of our trip was to celebrrate the 50th wedding anniversary of a brother and his wife, and eight of the nine living siblings were there, and the hotel provided some really nice public areas to gather around the two-sided fireplace and visit. There was fresh coffee in the lobby each morning, and freshly baked cookies in the evening. The breakfast area was spacious and the food was good. The bar was also welcoming and enjoyed by some of our party. There is a little "store" where guests can pick up frozen food to cook in the microwave in their room, as well as snacks - even U of M merchandise. These folks seem to have thought of everything! We'd go back in heartbeat!

We stayed here with our daughter's skating group. Beautiful new hotel, nice spacious lobby with fireplace and comfy chairs, nice full service bar with plenty of tv's available, spacious rooms, nice showers. The only issue we had were the beds were NOT comfortable nor the pillows - the worst was the rooms were SUPER hot. When we walked in, the temp was at 89 degrees. We turned the heat off and it only came down a few degrees. We turned on the air and had to keep it on all night in order to be comfortable. The other people in our group complained of the same thing - one person's room was at 93 degrees. Other than that, the location was pretty close to the rink and it was a nice and clean place to stay.

I stayed here with family for a funeral during the week. While the reason for our stay was not good, this hotel was a great new find in Ann Arbor. This hotel is by FAR the best in Ann Arbor now. We ate a surprisingly awesome dinner in the evening. The restaurant was awesome. The service, fabulous! Food and drinks delicious! They even went out of their way to make a special vegetarian dish that was not on the menu. Everything was fresh and outstanding, very surprising for a hotel restaurant.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless (not a surprise since the hotel just opened!) and the pool and exercise areas are great. Hot tub is huge, but could be a little warmer. Pool was too cold to use, but we didn't need it since we spent the time in the hot tub. Hotel staff was even great about letting us stay in the pool area a little past the 11pm closing time, nice to see that they aren't so stringent in their 'rules'.

We stayed on the breakfast plan, well worth the price spent! This will be our 'go-to' hotel in Ann Arbor!

We understand that the reason that you were at our hotel earlier this month was not a great one, however, we were so pleased to be able to serve you and your family during such a difficult time. Thank you for such nice comments. Please let us know when you will be returning to the area to visit family as we would love to see you again.
