“Fall Road trip to Ann Arbor”

Loved our walk around the Farmers Market, tasting local treats along with a fresh cuppa on a cool morning. The artsy shops nearby were very cool !

“Great little market and shops.”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

The farmers market on Satruday mornings and Wednesday afternoon is a great place to buy produce, herbs, plants, and whatever is in season. It is not all that big but still nice. The shops at Kerrytown are a nice stop as well and there is a great fish and meat market inside as well. They used to have a fabulous kitchen store upstairs which has been replaced by a smaller one.

Zingerman's deli is right across the street but we don't go there because there is always a long line. If you have never been there is is worth the visit .

Another favorite of ours within a few blocks is the Downtown Farm and Garden store on Ashley and LIberty. Great store for kitchen supplies, canning supplies, various planting seeds in the summer. Just an all around interesting store if you are in to gardening or cooking

“Chaos”
Reviewed October 9, 2012

The only thing that would bring me to Kerrytown is the Farmers' Market, which is delightful. It's the real thing. However, I find the restaurants in Kerrytwon to be vastly overrated, expensive, and so ridiculously understaffed, one has to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a simple sandwich. And then you get to crowd around tiny tables in the noisy Kerrytown market to have your expensive sandwich. Not a place I am eager to revisit.

“Farmers' Market”
Reviewed October 7, 2012

The Kerrytown Farmers' Market is wonderful. We live in farm country, Dutchess County, NY, no famers' market there compares. The food, often organic, is both beautiful and beautifully arranged, as well as of great variety regardless of the harvest season. One farmer's table is as alluring as the next. Kerrytown also has a children's museum, interesting shops, restaurants, and antique stores. It's great for locals and fun for tourists.

“Forever The Same”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

I've been going to Kerrytown since the 1960's and while the food is less, and the crafts are more...it is still a tradition to be experienced.
