Owner description: The University's beautiful campus includes many fine museums and facilities for its enrollment of 36,000.

The campus and supporting area dominate most of the city and suburban area in Ann Arbor. I doubt the city would survive if not for the school. The buildings and facilities are first rate. The grounds are well maintained and very inviting. I understand why the university is so popular.

This University is amazing! Friendly staff, clean, awesome academics program. The "Big House" does get packed on football game days, especially the night ones! Give extra time on these days as side roads in the residential area get backed up. Many residents hold signs as to how much they charge to Park on their property. Ranged from $20-$50. Cars are just parked everywhere! Lots of tailgating going on along the sidewalks. I must say at the end of the night it is trashed, but by mid afternoon they had most of it cleaned up! Was very impressed! The stadium is massive and beautiful! The baseball field is also clean and beautiful! The study center is outstanding! Everything for athletes is very close together and the dorms only about a 10 minute walk. We cannot wait to go back and explore more of Ann Arbor!
On the way out we stopped at Lake St. Clair. Nice lake to get some pics at.

As a long time season ticket holder I can still be awed walking into the stadium on a football Saturday. It's also fun to witness folks seeing the place for the very first time-110,000 plus people is a significant crowd. Be forewarned that no purses, backpacks, bottles, umbrellas - packs of any kind are allowed inside the stadium. It could be a long hike returning those things to your car.

Concessions are pricey - a bottle of water costs $4.00! - and the loudspeaker is both much too loud and much too constant. BUT if you have a chance to see a game on a sunny, crisp fall day, take advantage of it. Unless it is a big rivalry game, e.g. Michigan State, Ohio State, tickets are usually being hawked outside the stadium. GO BLUE!

Here with GS to check out the collega and campus. The campus is beautiful, clean and felt safe. Nice to walk around and plenty of seating available. Let's hope the GS gets admitted.

Every detail is well planned to be as accommodating as possible. With a seating capacity of 115000 you would think of those long stairways to climb to get to your seats. That isn't the case here. You actually enter the seating area from about midsection and walk down or up a relatively short distance to get to your seat because the football field is not at ground level but actually below ground level in a bowl. The alumni do all they can do to have you enjoy your experience. Tailgating is brought to a new level. How often do you find the staff welcoming you to take a picture with them.
No detail is left out. It was an enjoyable experience.
