Zingerman's is best at marketing. They make a good product seem great by all the hype. Some of their cheeses need some improvement, but they are getting there. I think they are just beginning to learn the trade of cheese making.
Their bakery is next door, and the breads are very good. Expensive, but when it is the only place that is making good, fresh bread, it is worth the price. And, it is great to stop in at 6:30 pm after a long day at the office and pick up some Piasano that was baked at 3 pm.
