Ugly, ugly, ugly place. Great, great, GREAT meat! Don`t be pulled off by the worst interior ever, because for this price I bet you will not find such nice BBQued meat anywhere in the world. I payed 35 Bolivianos for a rib-eye, I think about 400/500 grams, just huge! My girlfriend chose the peppersteak, with a really fresh home made peppersauce to lick your plate clean. Also about 400 grams, perfectly cooked and 40 Bolivianos. You get fries and rice with it, and can use the saladbar all within this price. And the surprices kept coming. We had FRIENDLY service! IN BOLIVIA!?!?! YES! You can not believe this when I tell you, but believe me: the chef came to our table to ask if we liked it and if not, that he could put it on the BBQ a little longer. We were stunned, absolutely surprised by this unusual, un-Bolivian friendliness and great service. We had a great bottle of Bolivian Cabernet Sauvignon/Tannat Reserva (better than the normal ofcourse) for just 65 Bolivianos (7 euro, 9 dollar) a bottle. RECOMMENDED!!! MUST GO

Place was packed, great atmosphere. Essentially a barbeque. Steak was tasty but overcooked - asked for rare but came well done. Pretty good value for money though. Don't have the cows rib, it is almost entirely grizzle!

We went there 2 times and ordered ribbs and beaf. The meat is just amazing, from far the best we had in South America! And it's cheap! You HAVE to go there ;)

Don't judge by appearances - the patio roof leaks in places, and the indoor part of the restaurant looks simple or maybe a bit rustic compared with western ideas....but the steaks were amazing!!!! We had one with black pepper sauce and one with garlic sauce. They were generous with the strength of the sauces but very tasty nonetheless. There's also a salad bar and we got a portion of rice with cheese, as well as yucca chips. The place was really full, so the steaks took a little while, but the service otherwise was good, and the steaks were definitely worth the wait.

We went with a group from our hostel all craving good meat.

Meals are plentiful and very tasty. You can try order a rare steak but you'll probably just get a confused face. That said, some of the boys got their point through and had GREAT steaks. They are salted to the shizhouse, so think twice before adding anything to your dish. Mine was well done :( but even in that state it was still good.
It comes with all you can eat salad buffet, so stock up because food can take a while to come out.
But it's great and this place is cheap. 7 people: 8 mains, 11 bottles of wine (don't ask) and the bill was 100BS each.
