We happened on this restaurant purely by chance. The outside is very ordinary but once in & through into the back it opens out into a lovely cosy room. In addition, how delighted were we that they served that such high quality cuisine - it was just like being in Belgium - but with that French twist. Between us we had scallops, beef bourguignon and finally after all these months away - our chance to once again eat confit of duck. All freshly prepared. Fantastic portion control. Perfection on a plate. Great wine selection to wash all this down with. And keep room for the creme brulee. No better way to end the meal. Enjoy!

This little restaurant resembles a true french bistrot, nothing spectacular from the outside but clean and carefully decorated, with an unique atmosphere, french music and most important of all, great food and wine selection. For starters we had salmon tartare, fresh fish, firm meat, wonderful color everything thickened with a chives, ginger, secret sauce and a home made flavored salt. We wouldn't miss the traditional "soupe à l'oignon", correctly served with good cheese gratin. As main dishes we tried the chilean sea bass served with ratatouille and duck confit. Crème brûlée, a famous french dessert with a local touch and "tatin aux figues" served with pistache icecream were our choice to finish this tasty dinner. The wine list is truly excellent and the advise of Jean-Yves was very useful each time.
Prices accord with quality of food and service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The owner and chef was friendly and attentive and the restaurant was very authentic overall. We ended up ordering three mains between us because we were so curious. The escargots were delicious as was the beef, and we'd definitely recommend the creme brule! Excelente servicio, si no hay mucha gente, es como estar en casa. Gracias!

Had I not seen the recommendation on trip advisor I might have missed going to this restaurant. It's very unassuming from the outside but inside is a very small and charming restaurant. I had lunch there with my son and everything was fantastic. We had the escargots, french onion soup magret de canard and a fish dish (which I think was sea bass). We also had the creme brulee which has to be one of the best I've ever had.You can see the stove behind the bar and I assume everything is made to order. Food was wonderfully fresh. French, Spanish and English is spoken. The downside is that it's very expensive. It cost $90 with tip and no alcohol was consumed. But it was definitely worth the trip.
