We stayed here 3 nights in February as our honeymoon’s final stop. We probably got one of the smallest rooms although we let them know up front this was a special occasion. We got a slice of raspberry cake in compensation that said congratulations - I had to throw away because it was spoiled. I had to ask 3 times for a power converter to finally get one - until that, we had to have the TV running all night to get our phones charged, which is you can imagine more than an inconvenience in getting a good night’s sleep. The AC’s control panel on the wall lights up at random times during the night, also to the detriment of your sleep.
The last day we asked for an early breakfast at 5:15 AM as the taxi was scheduled at 6:00 AM, although the trainee at the reception literally tried to haggle with me for few mins to get the breakfast instead at 5:50 AM, 5:40 AM, 5:30 AM after which she gave up and penned down our request for a 5:15 AM breakfast.
The room was clean and the breakfast here is great, but I’d urge the hotel management to get the other things right.More
