I have been to Dubai many times and each time I vests fusion restaurant in ghaya grand hotel it's one I'll never forget, and I'll not ask for the menu because I know what I will order, my lovely sweet corn with crape meet soup that is not in the menu but the shef do it as I order it, the man corse is fantastic, the price is low, please is clean am injoying avare time I went there

We've lived at the Ghaya Grand hotel for 7 months now and cannot fault the hotel at all. They are very attentive and any time we have had a problem (always very minor), they are always very quick to rectify.
Olga the guest relations manager is particularly helpful and always has a smile on her face :))

We reached and were brought to reception where we had to do further payments .. Dubai new law per day extra 40 dhs ..
My kids were cranky and wanted to go up but waited for the guy to finish up with paperwork and payments ..
Took at least 20 min before receiving our room card .

When we reached we were pleasantly surprised how big the room was we had two bedroom one living room and a kitchen .

The room was very well kept and clean and the bed super comfortable .

Parking was in the basement, was free but we never found the right elevator to our room.

The only issue I really had with the hotel was housekeeping they continuesly didn't come to clean our room , and somehow the do not disturb sign appeared at our door even thou we never put it.

We are early birds so we were out of the room max 9/10 am after having our breakfast of course .

There is a children area close to the pool area but kids couldn't use it because it was to hot .

Gym is ok nothing special swimming pool was ok but didn't go swimming as well .

It's the second time we stayed there but the reason we did is because my family's house is close to it .

The rooms are lovely with incredibly comfortable beds and they are kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. The restaurants serve fantastic food and the staff are extremely friendly. Elisa, Swapnil and Roshan to name but a few; made my stay very enjoyable. The facilities are fantastic and well kept, the gym and spa were thoroughly used and. I even experienced an amazing massage. Overall I would definitely stay again.

It is an excellent hotel with family atmosphere and very clean rooms. Everything is amazing:the food ( espacially the sushi in fusion), the Spa treatment, the gym and the perfect service that they are offering.

We have really enjoyed our stay and it is highly recommended.
