You get what you pay for. The rooms are large, and my room had a small kitchenette area with a fridge and a hot plate. There was a tv and two single beds. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the breakfast room is just too small. I stayed for six days and every morning it was a scrum to find a table. In the end I gave up and went out for breakfast. There are better hotels in Dubai, but this is conveniently located near the Financial District Metro ANC it is good as long as you don't plain on spending too much time there.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I think the number one reason i chose it was it's price and 2 its location. It is in the heart of the city one metro station from Dubai mall and 2 minutes walk from DFIC metro station.
The studios are large and pretty clean although not spotless, and confortable.
Breakfasts just as the reviews said are not very good overall but I wasnt expecting much.
The kitchenette can be useful if you want to have light dinner or breakfast.
It was a good stay overall and I will return next i'll be in Dubai for business.

Calm hotel despite location on busy central 6 lane road!

Very close to Financial Centre metro station. Other transport available. Good wifi available; mine part of package.

On ground floor a Tim Hortons and next door Starbucks.

Stayed at conference rate therefore was a good deal.

We stayed here for a weekend shopping trip to Dubai. We booked late so this was the best deal we could get for our budget. The best thing about the hotel is its location right beside the financial metro on Sheikh Zayed Road, there is a Tim Hortons, Cold Stone Creamery and Star Bucks in the Lobby which was also convenient. However I found the common areas drab and dingy and generally looking quite shabby and in need of an upgrade. Our Room was clean and spacious. There was a small kitchenette in the corner but I was not enticed to use it. The bathroom was clean but it was hard to regulate the water temperature. We did not dine in the hotel so i can not comment on the breakfast. Overall I would not return to this hotel, I think there are better budget options in Dubai. It was fine for a short weekend stay but we have stayed in better hotels in that price range.

Very bad
Dining area very small, you will be queuing for table
You have to wait for hot water
I will never go there again
I don't recommend to any body, even my enemy
Kids hated it, and very disappointed

We reached the hotel by 8pm and the room was ready for us. The room was clean and neat. We spent two nights at the hotel. Close to the Sheikh Sayed Road, but quite at the room. The bed was good and clean. Bath room was not excellent, but not bad. The front desk was very helpful. The lift is very small. The hotel is close to the Metro station.

I stayed here for about a week recently while visiting family. The room was spacious and comfortable but the noise on my first night was terrible and I was going to move hotels if I couldn't relocate to another room. Luckily the staff were very understanding and moved me to another room which was much better, quieter and located at the rear of the hotel. It seems very popular with families and there were young children running around late into the night which made the first night very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just OK and I ended up going to the supermarket behind the hotel (union co-op) and stocked up on cereal and oj etc so I didn't have to have their breakfast. It was great to have the small kitchen to be able to prepare breakfast. The location is great and the staff were very nice. It is a good place for a few days in Dubai as it is so close to the Metro. It's not a high end hotel but it is clean and comfortable.

Room Tip: The back of the hotel is quieter.
