Great location as it's at the center of Dubai's Sheikh Zayed road. The room we stayed at was big, with two very comfortable double beds, clean and with contemporary design. The hotel offers free basement parking, internet and late checkout. There's an Indian restaurant that serves buffet breakfast and lunch as well as a Starbucks & Tim horton's cafe - so if you're only after for a quick bite then you do have a choice. The pool was okay. A great place to stay if you're in Dubai for a short trip.

I really liked the location, food, and especially the service. we stayed for two nights so we had to book a hotel near most of our visiting plans ( Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, The Emirate mall, Jumeira beach) wich all can be reached by the metro wich is exactly 3 minutes walk from the hotel. When we arrived we had to order food to the room and it couldn't be much better than what we received. The service is top class for me. Although my credit card was declined several times so they had to cancel the reservation through Booking.com. But when i contacted the hotel directly and explained that there is nothing i can do about this issue and my card(Visa) balance was fine, they told me not to worry and the reservation will be held eventhogh it was a high season in Dubai( 8 Aug - 10 Aug) this year. Really great hotel with a private parking and friendly staff.
One bad thing, The breakfast tables were really limited and the place was very crowded.

Room Tip: Try to get a studio

I always stay at number one during my business trips to Dubai. It is very convenient. Rooms are clean, locations is perfect And it is near to everything. Only one metro station to Dubai mall. They have a free parking space for hotel guests. Hotel is near to several restaurants that are open for 24 hours. The hotel also has apartments for families. The overall experience was very good.

I used the internet in the morning and at around 02.00am and accidentally clicked the one hour instead of 15 minuted I was charged approximately nearly 75.00 Dhrms. I contacted them immediately and told the mistake but they said for that half hour a shift change was done and that nothing could be done. Its a shame for a place like Dubai to have such hotels. The suits also smell of cooking and cigarettes since they are not prohibited.

Room Tip: Smell the odor before you check inn!

I will say off the bat that if you are looking for a 5-star hotel (or 7, for that matter), this might not be the best hotel.
Beyond that, it's a comfortable stay, pretty large rooms, well-located, and even has a Tim Horton's in the bottom, and I think a Starbucks too. Personally, being Canadian, this was an amazing coincidence and I went about 5 times in 2 days.
Aside from that, the staff was friendly, were able to help with getting taxis and airport transfers, and I believe this is a relatively normally-priced hotel, which says something in a city catering to luxury and wealth.
I had a chance to visit a hotel down the street (Dusit Thani) as my company had meetings there, and it was definitely more luxurious and posh, but imagine it's quite a bit more money.
All in all, I've stayed here twice and really have no complaints other than you cannot get alcohol in this hotel because it's not a 5-star.
