Hospitable

The staff here were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were all very nice, as were the amenities. Daily room service was prompt and they did a fine job every day. My family all thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast. We also needed to print our boarding passes and the staff allowed us to print this at no extra charge. Very cheap for what we got, we highly recommend it and would love to book here again. Thank you.

Good Hotel

Was booked by my company. Locatio n is close to the metro. Older property, could use a facelift & a new elevator. Other than that, it's a place to lay my head. It was ok. the staff was nice & willing to help with no issues.

Room tip: Quiet rooms are on the backside. Frontside faces the Baniyas Metro.

Good location

clean rooms with good free breakfast. The location is good especially for those who want to shop in the assorted open souks (markets) that is open and full of activities pass midnight. And the Deira train station is less than 5 minutes away.

Training

Manvel has been a great service person. He has been very dedicated to serving us. He was very caring and taking us with excellent care always akaing what our needs are. He is very respectful and dedicated to his job. He understands diversity and he is keen to depict an excellent brand at Landmark hotel. We can wait to recommend Landmark hotel back in Uganda to any one. Thank you Manvel.

We also want to rate Prakesh Om as another outstanding service man. He smiles all the time. He is dedicated to the customer care service always there to help.

Staff are nice but it's not ideal for a family holiday

Most of the staff seem friendly, however that was all the impressed me.
The breakfast is mediocre, the corridors linger with the smell of cigarettes, the pool is small and not very clean. General cleanliness is fine except the deeper issues of mould and the like. We stayed two nights and moved to a much cleaner place which is definitely more friendly and modern.

We were charged an atrocious 375/- per night and were told it was a 'best price' however a simple online search shows we were quite impressively ripped off.

I wouldn't recommend if you have kids or if you want a decent place to stay.

Desperately needs updating, cleaning and more lighting as everywhere is dArk and no windows.

Apologies for a negative review despite your friendly staff.

One positive is the location right outside metro station and some great food places nearby too.
