Rooms are ok. TV stations good. The restaurant at the hotel serves good food. Lots of restaurants just outside the hotel. Not far from the gold market and the boat ride on the water. The hotel will arrange the city tour, the desert ride and the boat ride too.More

I had stayed here 10 years earlier so I knew the area and as I was travelling alone I felt safer using this hotel. The décor hadn’t changed much since then, the floors were now laminate but everything else was very dated and needed updating and a good clean. There was no view from the room and the bathroom was very small. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, I arrived very early in the morning and managed to have access to my room not long after my arrival, which really helped as I have just flown from New Zealand and needed to sleep. I didn’t eat in the hotel as there were plenty of places close by to eat. Since the metro (Baniyas Square) has been built there is good access to the rest of Dubai and it’s very close to the hotel.
There were a few little niggles, I ask to have an early morning call as I had to leave for the airport early, I didn’t get one. They decided to hoover hall area outside my room the night before my early start at 10.30pm which woke me up.
I won’t be going back to this hotel next time I’m in Dubai I will be looking for another one close by.

I had the chance to stay here once more while i was in Dubai for some business. The hotel was filled to maximum capacity and i was lucky to get a booking as it was a last minute trip.
Upon check in i was given my room key and to my suprise when i got into the room it was an upgrade from a standard double to a suite room. Thanks to Mr Hari the manager.
Though hotel was so full we didnt witness any shortfall in any of the hotel services. Keep it up and hope to be a guest at landmark once again soon

Located centrally in Deira just 15 mins from the airport, it is very close to main business district of Dubai. The Gold souk and the Naif souk are within walking distance. There are a lot of options to eat out. Metro station just 100 mts.
The rooms are clean and the housekeeping does a good job. The bathrooms need to be renovated though. The breakfast is good but always packed.
Very good option for staying in the heart of dubai.

Very close to Baniyas Square metro station(across the street to the right as you take exit 1 from the metro), clean room, helpfully personnel. The picture shows the view from the hotel entrance. The reception and restaurant are on the second floor.

We stayed in 3 suites, 2 of which were interconnecting rooms. The rooms were very spacious. It each has a separate corner for sofa. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the room. There is also a safe locker and a spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom is clean and spacious. The toiletries are generously provided everyday. The towels are provided in the afternoon as well, after the room has been cleaned in the morning.
The rooms are cleaned daily. On one occasion, the superiors of the cleaner even came to make a spot check if everything was well cleaned. We dont have any complaints in that matter.
The hotel is conveniently located in Baniyas Square. Lots of food outlets are just a walk away. KFC, McDonalds, Turkish food outlets, Indian and Pakistani restaurants. Just to name a few. Drugstores are also conveniently located. Convenience stores are also nearby. Taxis are easily available from the hotel. There is a bustop right at the hotel, in case you are considering traveling by bus. The metro station is 2 mins walk away.
The hotel is located in Nasser square. There are lots of shops which sell cell phones, computers, IT gadgets, CCTV surveillance systems, abayas, shoes etc in the surroundings. You just need to walk around the square.
The breakfast buffet was not so varied as compared to 4 star hotels. But nonetheless it was okay. Croissants, toasts, fried eggs, sausages, oatmeal porridge, salads and fresh fruits were available everyday.
The hotel provides complimentary transfers to and from the airport, with prior arrangements. However, a fee of 50 dirham is payable for the transportation of luggages upon departure. Depending on the number of persons and the quantity of luggage, it might be wiser to hire a taxi.
