After viewing many hotels online we booked this hotel after great reviews on tripadvisor and boy are we glad we did! A quality four star hotel in Bur Dubai district with great links to all the major sites in and around Dubai. We booked in to our lovely room only to have someone banging away with a hammer for hours. After asking reception what was going on we were told that the general area of our room had some works going on and without asking were allocated another room on the 22nd floor. When we unlocked the door we found it was a deluxe room and we had been upgraded at no cost, Nice.
All the staff on the front desk, pool, breakfast rooms and bars were so friendly and could not do enough for you.
if anyone is looking for a low cost good quality hotel when in Dubai, give this one a go, you wont be dissapointed.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor wit hviews of the Burj Khalifa

We stayed in this hotel in early June on our stop over in Dubai. we were pleasantly surprised by how great the hotel was. We arrived off our emirates flight 5am in the morning and the reception in the hotel had noted our early check in request (which we made upon booking) and had a room available with no issues at all. Our room was very clean and modern, with all the usual ameneties. Our room even had a view of the downtown area and the burj khalifa.

We didn't book to have breakfast but in the end if you wish they can put the cost of your breakfast on your hotel room's tab. The breakfast was a buffet with an assortment of western, asian and arabic cuisine. Well worth the money for the breakfast.

The outdoor area of the hotel was very well maintained. the pool area seemed under utilsed by the tourists (due to the heat of the day) but is very modern with new sun chairs and accessories.

The location of the hotel is excellent. To catch the train you walk around 7 minutes east where you meet the under ground train line (trains come around every 5 minutes - vey fast and efficient). If taxi's are more your thing, they are very inexpensive and service all of dubai.

Overall beyond delighted with this hotel and if in the future I return to dubai, I will surely stay at this hotel again. A+

Room Tip: Go for a room higher up and to the west side of the building - as you'll get a lovely view of downtown dubai when you wake up.

Stayed at this hotel as I was attending a conference. I booked via a local agent and got 2 dinner vouchers to their greek restaurant. Breakfast was very good but the highlight was really the ELIA restaurant! Food was like I was back in Greece. Bravo.

Hotel is clean and modern, staff are great. Breakfast was average but had a good selection just not the best quality. Not good location for the beaches, but 5mins walk to a metro stop to get to all the main attractions. Taxi's are cheap so we still went to Jumeirah beach park. Entry to the beach is only 5dhr and beach is clean and no locals about. We arrived at 8am and expected to pay extra for early check in but a room was available and we checked straight in at no extra cost. Didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as there are so many restuarants in Dubai. Would stay at this hotel again if could not find a good deal on a hotel closer to Jumeira beach.
