We decided to break our trip to Australia by a stopover at this airport hotel. We were there a total of 12 hours between long haul flights. Pros friendly and helpful staff and no need to leave the transit lounge. Comfortable if not a little dated room. Cons...cost £130 per night but not bad considering where the airport is. No services but you can get meals etc on the departures concourse open 24/7. The main con is finding it. You must not go through immigration into dubai. Email hotel in advance with flight details and they will send you a concierge. The route was via a closed off area with a baggage scanner and then up 2 flights of stairs. Felt more relaxed after several hours sleep in a comfy bed.

Checked in at 1:30 am after an eight hour flight from Singapore to Dubai . We had to leave at 14:30 for Beirut. Very convenient , clean with all amenities and free WIFI. Sure it is expensive when you consider the rate per hour but this is a choice for one's comfort. Needs more signs to the hotel on arrival and in correspondence area. Would use it on similar occasion.

I stayed here during an overnight stopover recently (approx 10pm-7am). It is a great option to split up a plane trip and made a difference to how I felt on arrival to my destination. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff are efficient and pleasant, enabling you to get in and out of the place as quickly as possible.
**Make sure you take all the things you need for your overnight stay as you can't take your suitcase to the hotel with you (you must check it in with your airline all the way to your final destination).

I stayed here as I had a 9 and half hour stopover. Despite what the website says you can only access from concourse B. Check in was smooth, but then they gave me a room which took ten minutes to get to! Not what you want at midnight. Room was fine, but had the feel of a hotel with high turnover, which it is. More a motel feel. Curtains weren't great, so sleep wasn't easy. Fine hotel if you're stuck, but nothing more.

From the reservations policy (the room is yours for 24 hours from check-in any time night or day) , to the genuinely friendly and amazingly proactive staff (on check out they provided the gate for my flight without even being asked), to the totally comfortable and quiet room with blackout curtains, to the meet and assist service if desired, this hotel ticks all my boxes.

Being on airside (inside the secure area) there was no need to go through immigration, so the gate was simply down in the elevator and walk 150 feet - that simple!

Travelers need to remember that since you do not have access to your checked luggage, which is checked through to your next flight, you need to have clothes and any special toiletries in your carry on (note the bath is stocked with normal toiletries (soap, bath gel, hair shampoo/conditioner, disposable razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hair cap, etc.).

The concept of the airside hotel is well thought out and executed at this hotel.

And you have possibly the worlds largest and best duty free shopping and a wide choice of dining less than 100 feet from your room.

We had a long stop over and a 7 months old baby, so this was really or option.
Although we were quite happy with the size of the room 2155 (which also accommodated a baby cot) and the free wifi, we were disappointed by the price (AUD 250 for a 17hrs stay) and the service: in fact, we requested a wake up call for 8:30pm upon checking in at 6am and we never got it. Which is pretty scary if you think we could have missed our flight! Luckily we set or own as a backup :)
Overall very convenient for its location but probably too pricey for what you get.
