We were allocated to this hotel as part of the Emirates Dubai stopover. We were only there for 7 hours and there was nothing negative about the hotel. Service at check in was as fast as possibly it could be, given that so many people arrived by bus at the same time. The rooms were small but comfortable and the bathroom very small but spotless, with good hot water pressure. Breakfast was not fancy but more than adequate. As a stopover, this hotel was close to the airport and filled the bill.
Just a word of warning- and this in no way reflects on the hotel itself who provided the best service they possibly could- if you are contemplating using the free Dubai Connect service offered by Emirates/Qantas, just hope that the service at the airport has improved. We had to wait nearly 2 hours to get to the hotel and others even longer. They changed our hotel 3 times, then had to reallocate vouchers, then wait for a bus to take us to Arabian Park. You can imagine the frustration from a number of other travellers who had to wait even longer. An elderly couple, having been advised to break up their journey, ending up sitting at the airport for 3 hours, then only having 2 hours at the hotel, before their wake up call for their early morning flight and transport back to the airport. They wished that they had booked straight into a transit hotel, where they would have had 6 or 7 hours rest in a room with no transport hassles etc.

Stayed at this hotel during a layover in Dubai. It's about a 10 minute bus ride from the airport. The lobby is nice but small. That theme seemed to carry over into the rooms as well. I guess coming from the US I was expecting larger rooms. The carpet in the hallways and the rooms need to be changed. They look very worn and dirty is some spots.

The bathroom is somewhat funky. There isn't much of a separation between the shower area (which is small) and the toilet right next to it. The bathroom itself is small.

The restaurant in the lobby served a buffet for lunch and it was just okay. The place is clean but the variety and taste isn't anything to write home about.

Overall, the stay was okay and I guess it served the purpose for a layover. This would not be in my choice of hotels if it was for a vacation or stay of more than 1 night.

I stayed here for three nights as part of a layover package sold by STA Travel in Scotland. The hotel was really lovely, especially after spending so long in hostels! While I wouldn't exactly consider it to be "Central", or anything, the complimentary shuttles to a variety of places mean that you really don't need to take taxis everywhere if you want to explore the city.

The staff were all very friendly and polite, and I felt really at home in the comfortable room.

The gym and pool areas, while not overly large, have all that I needed for a three-day stay.

The breakfast was brilliant; really set you up for the day with a large variety of foods of a high quality.

As I stayed during Ramadan, there was less by way of food available in many places, but the hotel restaurant was so good that this did not hinder me at all.

Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would not hesitate to return to!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way to Africa! We were VERY pleased with the hotel. We were picked up in the airport and put in a very nice car which drove us about 10 to 15 minutes to the hotel. The location is excellent, not too far from the centre of Dubai (about 10 minutes in a taxi to Dubai Mall). Once in the hotel the friendly staff could not do more to help us by unloading our bags and taking them to our room and ensuring that we had everything we needed before leaving us in peace to enjoy some cocktails by the pool! The rooms were very clean and spacious with free bottles of water that were replenished by housekeeping every day. We had a problem with breakfast in that we had paid for it through our travel agent but the hotel had no record of this, nonetheless they took our word for it with no problem at all. The breakfast was lovely and the staff in the restaurant too only too willing to help. The only fault with the hotel is that the pool does not get a lot of sunshine, however this wasn't a big problem as we were out and about all day but if it is a poolside holiday you're looking for I wouldn't recommend it due to this problem. Also do not use the hotel taxi service, they will charge you double the price! Be insistent on getting a 'yellow taxi' instead which come up to the hotel frequently to look for passengers. However the free hotel shuttle to and from the beach and other locations in Dubai was very good!

Its a budget hotel, so you should bring the standards to the logical level. I can confidently say this hotel can be considered among the best budget hotels I have stayed in Dubai. Belongs to Wafi hotels group and owners are doing their best to keep the service level as high as possible which in my point of view they are quite successful.

Rooms are clean, in adequate size and comfortable beds. AC works well and TV channels are just good enough to put you on sleep. Toilet amenities are good and everything is clean. Hotel located in city center but you need a taxi or your own car to reach any place. If you have your car, hotel has plenty of space as parking.

Breakfast items are limited which is normal for a budget hotel but quality is really good, I have also tried lunch at the restaurant which was also above good and I enjoyed it to the most.

Hotel has a shuttle service to nearby Wafi mall and other places in the city and they are offering nice discount vouchers to dine in Wafi restaurants and using Cleopatra SPA in there. As a reference this SPA is one the best ones in Dubai.

Staff are very friendly and my overall experience with this hotel was good and memorable !

Room Tip: All rooms are good, you may book an executive one to have more space and a balcony !

Stayed at the Arabian park from the 24th June for 3 days. On arrival the reception staff informed myself that the hotel was busy, due to students from Uruguay, we were given a free upgrade to the apartment block next to hotel, which was appreciated. The metro station next to hotel is still not open, but free shuttle bus will take you to the wafi mall, where you can catch the metro at the station outside

Have seen reviews saying it is ' isolated'! 10 mins by taxi to Burj al arab........

Great budget hotel and would like to thank all staff for there hospitality.

Room Tip: Don't go with white taxis outside hotel. Upgrade to apartment block as pool is better.
