The hotel offers variety of choices for the Consumers, from Cuisine, Disco's, Quality sleep, Conference Hall's and it's location. This one again come a late review for my diary.

It's Close to Karama Metro Station, flocked with night clubs and hangouts, Ratsky- Filipino Club was my favourite with rocking late night music, offering chance to meet crazy party freaks.

Sip-N-Surf is another cosy place inside hotel to chat and surf net while having your coffee. The ambience is filled with hospitality with well trained staff, smiling all the way to greet you.

I was travelling with my friends as a guest the Hotel offered us free parking place near the hotel, I was not much in to taking dip in swimming pool, but my friends enjoyed the clean water, I booked single king size bed accommodation facing pool, as from the other reviews I heard, The once facing the road's are noisy by frequent late night visitors to the nightclubs.

The quality of Bed was great value to my sleep after tiring visit to the city and return from the night club.

Over all, I loved this place and would love to visit again on my trip.

Room Tip: The once facing the road's are noisy by frequent late night visitors to the nightclubs.

Unless you are a single and a tourist on the look out for girls and prepared not to sleep till 3.00 AM every night, please avoid this hotel. It is too noisy in the night with five night life stations blaring loud music till 3.00 AM. The swimming pool is just for the name sake. Sometimes, film crews arrive and start shooting pictures too. However, rooms are okay, conference hall is okay and the service is satisfactory, though food is average. Not a place at all for family people, business travelers etc.

Room Tip: If you must go there, take a room on the back side wing. Nights may be a little peaceful there but I...

By now you probably get the picture from the other reviews. If you're looking for a swingin' bachelor pad, then you're in luck. Other than that, the one positive thing I can say about this place is that it is very convenient to the Al-Karama metro statiion, There's also a supermarket nearby. Other than that, the room was smelly, and the place was LOUD at night (nightclubs on ground floor). There is a charge for Wi-Fi and the service was intermittent. This was for a business trip, so I'm glad to say I didn't have to pay for the room myself. I can only imagine that a woman traveling solo would feel pretty threatened here.

Room Tip: Tray to get a room on 2C Street (the same side as the front desk) and on a higher floor.

If you're visiting Dubai for shopping and feel that after a hectic day you can crash in your bed, you may have think for some better hotel...This may not be the place for you, as this is for nighclub lovers who can sleep amidst the loud music through out the night... Nothing fancy I can write about this hotel, but at the same time no complaints as well, as you get what you pay for..... Small budget hotel with limited activities you can think of..... breakfast may not excite you much....and yes, be on time to grab one, else they may close breakfast......
Sensible choice if you want to save on hotel and spend on shopping..... ;)

Room Tip: Take room on one of higher floors as loud music can interupt your sleep..... and reception may ask f...

I stayed at the hotel more like a brothel, it has three night clubs you ca not sleep. When I approached the staff there English was poor they seemed as they had come from indian and barely understood what I was saying to them, I requested to move rooms they wanted 500 dirams to move me then stated I needed to speak to reservations and they will be back in the morning. As I was paying 300 dirams per night I decided to pack my bags and leave, remember do not hand your passport to them and do not pay more then £300 dirams per room and they do not like pakistani nationals or origin. Absolutely crap hotel and service also there are mice and flies in room. I do not recommend the hotel, this is an honest review

The hotel's location is it's biggest advantage as the Al Karama metro station is just a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The staff are helpful, but not friendly. The rooms are fairly good, but looks old and not well kept. There are a lot of people hanging around the hotel to get into the nightclubs in it. The noise from it robs you of sleep and lasts till 3am each night. Not a very family friendly hotel and I do not recommend it.
