This was definitely the poorest hospitality level we have experienced in Dubai hotels. The staff are definitely not on the ball when it comes to hospitality and courtesy.
The restaurant takes the accolade for being customer unfriendly. The staff attitude is definitely not meant for those to interact with guests. You need to show a level of understanding of client's specific needs without taking "i do not care you sort yourself attitude". The breakfast is not a favour to the Guests. It is a service that is owed to them. It is despicable of you to act like you only run the show, and your needs are not our business.
Front office reaction time to requests? Lucky if you are able to get them to attend to you before you ask at least twice.More
