Excellent Service

I heard alot about waldorf but this was my first time i came to this hotel with my friends for shisha..Bilal escorted us from the lobby all the way to a beautiful place palm avenue with lovely view and nice sitting out side he gave us lots of information about the hotel...only the challenge was weather but we managed it some how staff in the restaurant was very polite and well trained to anticipate the customer needs. We are planning to come back for stay in this beautiful hotel..

Amazing holiday

Last night of a 8 night holiday staying in room 248 which has been amazing. The staff at this hotel make it extra special and nothing has been too much trouble for any of them. Having been to dubai and Abu Dhabi many times over the last 10 years this hotel ranks the best. A special mention goes to the adult pool staff yasas, gayan and kasun

Super vacation

Its a super place for relaxation.. if you come to dubai .. waldorf best place for your stay.. service is incredible.. pool and beach best at dubai.. staf always give you great service .. when you come try beef burger on pool .. its too good made bu chef Aldo and Abihlash... we are very very happy with all stafff.. especially with irfan,kasun, raja ,Nina and thanvir.. best place for family.. thank to all

Stay on the Palm!

Great Hotel, really enjoyed the beach facilities and incredible views across the Palm towards Atlantis. Room was a good size with a large terrace facing Burj Al Arab. Perfect location for a relaxing beach break. A little tricky to leave and head off The Palm (especially during rush hour) but in honesty you have very little reason to leave!

Super hotal

I am very very happy at this hotal.. Especially I am very surprised when I got free water and pool bar staff very friendly especially Irfan and kasun.. They help. Me a lot for my stay.. Also am happy with varritties of breakfast.. It's good for eat.. Room also good.. When I check in they treat me very well.. Place is fantastic super cool all staff helpful.. I remember one boy for rom service his name is qadir he is very good.. Rest all staff too good.. Raja, Akhil, useter and.. Than if.. I order food it's too good..its made by chef Lenny.. Thank to him.. I wiil come back.. I will miss my room its 153.. It's too good.. Thank to Waldorf..
