Stayed for 7 nights package booked through Emirates Holidays. I have stayed at several Palm hotels in the past 5 years and the Waldorf is now my top tip for anyone looking for a luxury hotel that is well managed with all the staff focused on delivering an wonderful customer experience.

Spent 7 very enjoyable, relaxing days at the Waldorf. Excellent service and good facilities. Unfortunately we had to change room as there was a bad smell from the shower in our first room but the staff were very helpful and moved us without hesitation.
We chose the half board option and were pleased we had done so as there are no restaurants within walking distance and you have to rely on a limited shuttle service or taxis. The food was good and with the half board option, apart from the main buffet, each restaurant has a three course menu which costs the same as the half board allowance. Also, it came as a pleasant surprise, we had a glass of wine (or alternative beer / soft drinks) included with our dinner each evening.
Rooms are well appointed with all facilities you expect from a 5 star hotel.
There is a family pool and a quiet adult pool (not very deep for serious swimmers). Plenty of sun beds and a very attentive beach and pool service with plenty of drinking water in 'ice bags'. The beach is a bit stony so suggest guests take flip flops or other beach shoes.
We visited during Ramadan so there was no entertainment in the evening, not even a piano player which was disappointing. Guests expecting entertainment should avoid Ramadan.

this property is operated in great excellence and very warm hospitality attitude...especially the entire hotel staff is extraordinary friendly and professional at the same time....what ever you may wish is taken very serious and taken care immediately...Congratulations to whole team and the general manager Mr David..
