We stayed here in early October for two nights en route to Africa. Our room was delightful, with a good view over the creek. We ate two dinners in the hotel, one in the Thai restaurant and one outdoors, both were very good and reasonably priced for this type of hotel. It was good to be able to walk along the paths by the marina at night and look vover the creek.

Service everywhere in the hotel was excellent, mone more so at the front desk when it was never too much trouble to check us in for our next flight on line, check why our Emirates car to the airport hadn't arrived, etc.

Overall we would not hesitate to return.

The staff were really helpful. The rooms were very nice, its almost like a spa, and th ebest part was when you can walk down to the creek from the ground floor room... Initially i was hesitant to stay in a ground floor room... but when the door opened to the garden leading to the creek... its simply awsome...

Room Tip: Must go for the ground floor rooms..

We stopped over at the Park Hyatt for 2 nights on our way to the Maldives with our 2-year old daughter. We chose the Park Hyatt because of its location next to the Marina and the swimming pool for Eva. We were able to travel easily by taxi to the Palm Jumeriah and Burj Khalifa. As it was Ramadan, eating and drinking in public was not permitted (including the pool). After sunset, Iftar (banquet) was served which was excellent with many locals attending in traditional dress. We dined in the lounge as this was more convenient for Eva so that she could move around more.
We were disappointed that the restaurants were reluctant or refused to accomodate requests for Eva to dine from a different menu while we dined from the Iftar buffet. In the end, we ordered from the lounge menu for Eva and carried food through ourselves from the Iftar buffet to the lounge as the staff were not prepared to help
The swimming pool was excellent and there was a lovely screened area where food and soft drinks / water could be ordered and eaten.
Reception staff were very helpful with advice for getting around Dubai.

Stayed several times and be back in December with other golfers in occasion of the Race to Dubai. Always very good service and suggest to anybody the Amara Spa experience. Only problem: the sauna and the steam bath were cold! So if you book your massage early in the morning ask specifically for that not to happen!! Negative:The driving range and the Par 3 are not included in the rate anymore and unfortunatly that was not specified at the time the reservation was made.

It was such a fab 2 night stay- the characterful architecture and building design(I think there are 4 low-rise, inter-linking buildings rambling along the edge of the Creek) amidst the most beautiful peaceful gardens-they look like they have been there forever!
The pool area, so serene.
Dining and sofa style lounging are also Creekside,- enjoy refreshments watching the Dubai skyline against the sunset across the water!
The spacious room (King bed-comfy!) and bathroom was just gorgeous-and the AC worked to perfection!
The staff are all amazing-always saying hello-and always willing to help!
I am in love with the Park and will go back ASAP!!!!

Room Tip: If you are looking for a peaceful stay, well away from honking traffic and busy roads, this is the place to be. All rooms have a Creek view, -ours was quiet, towards the end overlooking the Marina and The Boardwalk beyond offering optional more reasonable dining, only a pleasant stroll away. Restaurant dining is a little expensive as are the 'refreshments' but it is in a beautiful setting.
