Something very Dubai like, an ice ramp in the middle of the dessert, staff are very professional and attentive only problems are the long lines to enter.

“Interesting experience”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

For people who have never seen snow in their life it was an amazing experience. Kids really enjoyed the freezing cold... until they became too cold!

The park itself has a few things to do... the sled runs were fun and the charilift ride was exhilirating for the family... we even took beginner skiing classes - the instructors were extremely patient and friendly, which was wonderful.

Overall this is a a unique and fun-filled couple of hours for those not used to this kind of environment. I did see a lot of people from colder climes skiing, though not sure how challenging/ exciting it was for them (or whether they came to Ski Dubai for a feel of home in the middle of the desert?)

“Great slopes”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

This site boasts several chair lifts as well as tows. There are several slopes accomodating beginners and more experienced skiers plus snow boarding etc. Great place to spend a few hours and reasonably price. Gear is available.

“45 Degrees outside... -5 inside!”

They know how to do things in extremes in Dubai! The ski slopes are awesome with beginners, intermediate and the black line skiers. Great instructors, well organised and doing the penguin experience was super!

“Not well organized and timed”
Reviewed October 13, 2012

We spent more time looking at the guide doing an introduction like a clown than the penguins.
The visit was 30mn, 15mn to get in and the clown, the 1mn to look at the penguins swimming then 7mn. Each to take pictures.
We were not allowed cameras and the photographers were not proffessional ones. It is just a money maker.
Would go again only for kids that's all
