This was our fourth visit to what has become our favourite little hangout. We tried the Iftar menu which was well priced with a great selection of food dishes and beautifully presented. It started with the traditional dried fruits and jalab followed by a goats cheese salad, lentil soup and the to die for bread selection. The waiters intent was to rush us through the first three courses in 5 minutes. So we asked them to to slow down and sent the food back until we had finished a course. We had no sooner finished and half the table still busy with the third course and the main course arrives. So we sent it back again. We had to ask for a breather. I had the slow cooked veal with walnut rice beautifully presented in a small ceramic pot. The taste was extraordinary. Ended the evening with my favourite flan natur and coffee.
Great evening out but I am not a duck that will be force fed!
Ps, thanks for the complimentary baguette.
