I had gone here for a meal with friends and family. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The eclectic combination of a quasi-street food experience with contemporary and modern restaurant culture led to a scrumptious meal. We started off with a simple chaat dish which warmed up the taste buds for the main course- Chana Batura. This food item blended the delicious and warm nature of the bread (which didnt have much oil on it- a welcome sight for those watching their waistlines!) with the spicy yet tangy chana, topped with onions and lemon. To finish off a beautifully simple meal, we were treated to the sight of a Falooda. To ants, this might have seemed as if it was the Burj Khalifa- it had 7 layers of sumptuous Indian mithai combined with the right amount of syrup. This meal took just 40 minutes of our time, and was one of the best experiences we had. A must visit for all those in the Jumeirah area (valet parking included).
