Services: (Worst) Reception staff is rude, has a lot of attitude problem as well as egoistic, unapologetic behaviour even when they make mistakes (which is quite usual behaviour).
Overall the hotel staff lacks trust towards their guest.

Amenities: (Pathetic) Not upto the mark, room i was alloted had a broken sink and electric sockets (please refer attached images).
Housekeeping manager is totally uselsss, she even passed a judgement on me without even asking their own housekeeping staff and she did so only when i suggested her to check the CCTV feed.
They plan to rob you of your money with their tactis of billing items which you have never consumed at the first place and moreover they do so without any proof.

The only reason people stay at this place is its location as this is near to one of the metro stations (on green line) but to be honest there are so many properties which are good (services, food and amenities) to stay and will be near to other metro stations (on red line) since you will be required to commute on the red line of the dubai metro for all touristy purposes.

TIP: Try and search for a property which is near to metro station on the red line

NOTE: Dont trust the hotel staff with your valuables, be your own guard.

Good hotel, very good location with metro station, very friendly cleaning staffs, clean room, good atmosphere, good pool with gym, good breakfast with live counter, he is very friendly with very busy counter.only problem I found the ladies staff in the reception they are very rude kind of attitude..
