Diners feel at ease in the cheery and communal atmospheric buzz. In keeping with the unpretentious, streetwise ambience, diners simply tick their choices on an order pad and hand it to their server. The surroundings are informal yet extremely stylish. The staff, dressed with understated chic, they are remarkably friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu. “Great Asian food”
Reviewed February 8, 2013 via mobile

Great asian food at this busy venue with great views Of the Burj. Was nice to sit outside. We ordered the the mushroom and chicken dim sums to start which wre great. For mains it was a vegetarian pumpkin curry and minced beef accompanied by rice. Service was good with a nice Myanmarese waitress serving us. Will come back for sure.

“Noodle House Dubai Mall under the Burj Al Khalifa”
Reviewed February 4, 2013

The fist time I went here it was excellent, great service, great food, nice friendly staff and of course an outside table looking directly at the Burj Al Khalifa.

On the second visit with Family I was not so impressed. The restaurant was busy but not crowded.

We waited over 10 minutes for a bottle of table water, then a further 20 minutes before I had to ask where the food was.

The waitress apologised of course and said that she would speak with her "line manager"
So... As an apology they bring lots of extra food, nice touch but as I explained, if I eat this then we will not be able to eat the starters and main course when it comes!

Our meal did come shortly afterwards and as usual it was and normally is very tasty indeed.
One thing I would say is - Menu is limited but its very good.
The staff are very helpful and I dont believe it was any fault of theirs that our food was delayed.
Great view if you can get an outside table

It reasonably prices for the position its in.
If you order something spicy - It wont be, even if it has 3 chillis by the side of it.

Well worth a visit and all in all more upsides to downsides

“Enjoyed the Curry Laksa!”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

I drooled as soon as hubby said we could eat at the Noodle House on our first day in Dubai this trip. The menu was quite extensive and it was a very large restaurant (in a very large mall!) There were three sections - one which directly faced the mall so you could watch people watching you, one inside the restaurant proper and outdoor seating. It was too coolish to sit outside and too noise to sit in the mall area so we chose to sit inside. Wasn't too crazy about the characteristic smell of a Chinese restaurant that overwhelms you as you enter - they need a better exhaust system I think. The restaurant has a very casual look and the service personnel are all Asian, of course. Service was very quick. Ordering was done by ticking boxes on their order pad then passing it to a waitress. She confirmed our order and answered all our questions about the food satisfactorily. We ordered the small Wasabi Prawns - 5 pieces - to share as a starter and we enjoyed it. Hubby enjoyed his Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) although he said it was nothing special. My Curry Laksa was actually better than I expected although I would have liked it to be a bit more spicy. They have various chilli condiments you can add but none of them were spicy to my taste.

All in all a good Asian food experience.

“Stick to Emirates Towers”
Reviewed January 20, 2013

If you want to have Noodle House, avoid this branch. Go to the original one in Emirates Towers. This branch will make you lose faith in the brand they've been building for a decade.

“The Noodle House: a "SHYnese" Restaurant”
Reviewed January 17, 2013

I invited my friend to a dinner to the noodle house expecting to eat chinese and be FULLY FULL (as u always feel after eating chinese food). We oredered two of their specialites plates- Black pepper beef tenderolin( 58 dhs) and thai chicken with cashew nuts (55 dhs) with a side dish of fried noodles(25 dhs) and soft drinks (13 dhs). After, the waitress comes holding two HUGE LUXURIOUS DISHES with a tiny poor portion of food. We ate the small portion and decided to go have a dessert so we can feel the fullnes in our stomach that we expected to have. Simply it is a SHY nese restaurant not worth going their, because you are paying a relatively a high price for a small portion and not really enjoying what you are eating (not enough to enjoy it).
