We stayed for a few weeks in a one bedroom apartment.
Compared to most places in Dubai, this offers amazing value.
Rooms are modern. Housekeeping stuff seem to work tirelessly to keep the rooms, communal areas, car parks, pools etc clean and tidy.
Maintenance and general service was poor though. The microwave and oven didn't work. After two days of requesting they needed replacing, I asked to speak to the duty manager and finally people came. Initially was told the couldn't replace the items as they didn't have spares. The suggestion was to be moved to another apartment but they didn't have microwaves and ovens!
The kettle also broke during the stay. The holder for the kitche fire extinguisher was broken and hadn't been replaced even though I asked the maintenance team to look at it.
Surely the maintenance team should be doing daily checks to see how things are in the rooms, rather than waiting for guests or cleaning staff to report things.
Car parking was included but staff seemed to race into the car every morning as I was leaving. There were a couple of near misses.
There are two pools which get sun in the afternoons. The second was always much quieter.
Location is great. Handy exit for cars to Sheikh Zayed Road. 2 mins walk to the metro station and just one stop to Mall of the Emirates.More
