We have noted your concerns and regret any inconvenience caused to you during your stay at our hotel, we have taken up the points highlighted by you with the concerned department including laundry and it has been looked into, we have also come to know in our query the below
1. Your initial room booking was made for a One Bedroom Apartment for 01 Night - 09th June upon your arrival our front office team had offered you a complimentary upgrade to a Two Bedroom Apartment.
2. On 10th June and on the date of check out you have called our central reservation team to avail an “Entertainer Voucher” free night, while you have made you’re initial booking through booking.com for the first day. As per our agreement with entertainer and the terms and condition that clearly specifies in the Entertainer voucher you will be required to make the booking directly with the hotel to avail the benefits specified in the Entertainer voucher which was not the case in your booking, hence regretfully in this booking we were unable to accept the voucher and we understand that our Central Reservations staff had clarified this to you and even offered a special rate should you wish to extend your stay which was refused by you and you insisted on availing the free stay, we regret any inconvenience caused due the above
