Pros:Clean rooms and beautiful lobby and views , room service twice a day.sticA good restaurant (noting fantastic)
Cons: Room service is on the slow side (more than 40 min for a bucket of ice, 1 hour for a razor)
Generally speaking this a nice hotel but you may want to look at other hotels with the same price range but a more appealing pool area as well as bathrooms(jacuzzi etc in the ensuit are not unexpected in this price range)

Room Tip: Higher flooor , sea view

We stayed here for 7 nights in April. We were thinking between a beach hotel and a city hotel and desided to go for the city hotel and were very happy with our decision. It's quiet and sophisticated and the services are excellent: gym, club lounge and the pool. Gym is very good, club lounge had a very nice breakfast, lunch and dinner + drinks during the happy hour and the pool area was quiet, well maintained and there were always enough sun beds. We also used the shuttle bus to the beach a few times and found that service very good. But after spending a day at the "busy" beach it felt nice to come back to the "city".

It's a walking distance to the metro and also to the other side of the busy "Sheikh Zayed Road" where we found some good & cheap local restaurants. It's also only a few minutes from the Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa.

We ate in the hotel's Libanese restaurant "Al Nafoorah" which had excellent food and a very nice outside terrace.

All personnel at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

The only "minus" is that they do have a strict "smart casual dress code policy" at the club lounge. We found this a bit uncomfortable since we had to dress up to go to the breakfast and lunch although we were on a holiday. Even if they gave up that dress code I don't think it would ruin the nice atmosphere of the place (since I don't think anyone would think about walking in in a bathing suit). My husband got a remark once when he was wearing very nice "city shorts" so it really means that you need to put long trousers on every time.

Room Tip: Club room is luxury: it's big and there is plenty of space for clothes & other stuff. We had...

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights when recently visiting Dubai. It is beautiful. The decor is contemporary. There is a small mall attached to it, which has several restaurants and retail shops and services. The staff were very welcoming and all spoke English. They have very good concierge employees. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was like a cloud and had high quality linens. The bathroom had a sizeable shower stall and a separate tub. The bathroom amenities were Molton Brown. There were 2 good size closets, plus several drawers. Wireless is free. Bottled water is provided free. The television had dozens of channels and various other language channels were available. A free shuttle is provided for various destinations, including their other Jumeriah hotel at a beach. There is a swimming pool. Two bars are located in the hotel, one at lobby level and the other on the 51st floor, providing a nice view of the city. All service was excellent. Very satisfied with our stay.

Room Tip: We chose a deluxe room, and it was very spacious. We were on the 11th floor, facing the city and did...

I probably spend about half the year in hotels on business and I can confidently say that my April 2013 stay at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers ranks amongst the best. The facilities were excellent and there was always friendly staff around to serve one's needs. The hotel has an astounding variety of restaurants, shops etc. and is very near major shopping malls for those that are so inclined...

Overall an excellent experience well worth repeating when chance allows!

We stayed here in February half term 2013. It was a great hotel. It has its own small mall, coffee shops (including a starbucks) and a swimming pool. There is a business center, but it is also great for families. The service was great, as was our room. We were on the 37th floor, and we had a great view including a view of the Burj Khalifa! The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are always taxis available to take you all around Dubai at cheap prices. Also, as it is part of the Jumeirah group, there is a free shuttle to the Jumeirah Beach hotel, the Wild Wadi Waterpark and the Madinat hotel, and if you ask at concierge they will give you day passes. So we could be right in the centre of everything, or spend the day at the beach! We had a great stay!

We stayed here at the end off three week trip to Thailand, just for two nights. As soon as we arrived we wished we were staying longer. The place has a really nice soothing feel. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we stepped out of the taxi. The room was great, big enough for us and our two children in deluxe double. It had two queen sized beds and plenty of floor space. A great marble bathroom, lots of wardrobe space, a huge tv and best of all, floor to ceiling windows and a view of the Burj Kalifa. Fantastic! It was my birthday while we were there and Guest Services left a cake in the room while we were out. It was really lovely to come back to. This hotel is also in a great location. 20 -25 minutes for the airport and a short ride to the Dubai Mall. Also, you get complimentary tickets to Wild Wadi waterpark which we used and had a great time! There's a shuttle bus too. You can also get free access to Jumeirah beach, but we didn't have time. Oh, and the glass elevators in this hotel - fast and great fun. The children loved it. I also recommend the Noodle House restaurant in the attached mall. The food was great and it was a bit more casual than some of the others, so good with the boys.

Room Tip: City view is great. Can see the Burj Kalifa.
