This was my 3rd visit to the hotel and i have come to love this hotel even more with each stay. I spent 3 weeks here on my honeymoon in july. The staff here are amazing and made me and my husband feel very special. We stayed in the superior tower as we love the views from this tower and the recently refurbished rooms.
The new brasserie is amazing, its a good idea to try the restaurants but from my experience i enjoyed the brasserie more than the restaurants and did not want to eat anywhere else! The chefs were fantastic, after a couple of days they started to remember what we enjoyed and what we didn't like which was very nice. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked very hard to make us happy. If there was anything i wanted which wasn't already in the brasserie then the staff would be happy to prepare it. Fresh pizzas and pastas were amazing!
Our stay would not have been as fantastic if it wasn't for Eddy, Zee and Melanie who did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and always checked in with us to make sure we were okay. Eddy went above and beyond for us and i cannot express how grateful i am.
If anyone visits this hotel and has an issue about anything during their stay then i can confidently say that if you inform someone then the staff will do everything they can to rectify any issues. Rather than walking away disappointed or let down i would urge you to express your concerns because i know they will do everything to make up for it and you will go home with an amazing experience.
We met so many staff members during our stay who were fantastic but i wouldn't be able to name them all. One person in particular who would lay our towels on the sun bed as we arrived to the beach was Manjula, i never saw him without a smile on his face and he would work incredibly hard in the heat.
I cannot wait to return to my second home and i have a feeling me and my husband will be making a habit of visiting every year.
Tip: watch out for jelly fish in july as the sea gets very warm

Room tip: Higher floors have amazing views of the sea

Wonderful hotel, beautifully refurbished lobby and rooms in two of three towers also done.

Excellent place, 20 years old which is old for Dubai but still on top. Hard to find such large property in JBR these days.

Easily accessible. Wonderful views over Eid fireworks. We stayed in the Club Tower and had 1st row views over the fireworks.

Highly recommend, great food & drinks outlets too with attentive staff all around!

Although not without a couple of faults (namely the kids club doesn't really engage children from 4yrs up and the kids pool isn't brilliant) we have been coming to LRM for years because it is consistently reliable and in the main, a 5* experience.
Always clean, fresh-feeling, helpful staff and good restaurants. The gardens and beach are lovely and the rooms are very well appointed.

We have just returned from a 4 day stay at this hotel and I must say it was perfect! We booked a club JBR view and the rooms overlook a building site with a partial sea view. Nonetheless the noise was minuscule apart from the last night where the noise could be heard as they work all through the night. The beds are so comfortable. The staff are amazing from check in at the Club tower to pool staff and club lounge, staff are outstanding. Around the pool staff are so attentive despite it being busy they always provide you with towels and drinks immediately. We ate at Zengo Asian restaurant again food was incredible only wish we were there longer to be able to return!! We also ate at Rhodes twenty 10 (Michelin star chef Gary Rhodes) restaurant. I'm afraid we were disappointed at this particular restaurant. We ordered scallops to start and were asked whether we wished to share the starter. We asked how many pieces we would receive and were informed there would be 4 pieces so we opted for one plate each. However when it arrived it wasn't actually 4 pieces it was 2 very small scallops cut into 4 small pieces. If we had shared as advised the amount would have been minuscule. We then ordered sea bass and a number of side dishes. When you are paying almost £40 for a piece of fish you would expect it to be fresh which it wasn't. This was particularly disappointing. The staff nonetheless were amazing and very attentive but having looked forward to our last night at this restaurant we couldn't help but feel deflated. Only wish we had returned to Zengo. Nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay pool area, swim up bar, staff all contributed to an amazing stay we will definitely be returning.

It was our third visit to this hotel and it was just as amazing as the previous 2 visits. The service we received from checking in to when we left was excellent! We had club lounge access and the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were fab!! Can't wait for my next visit to this hotel.
