great hotel and location, had a tower room upgrade, fantastic views of the beach, staff all very friendly and helpful. Great food with plenty of choice. Piano bar very relaxing although drinks not the cheapest. Will stay again on next visit

My husband, our daughter and a friend arrived to find that we were allocated two rooms both with twin beds. We had requested a king but this was not available on our first night, they did have a room the following evening and they offered to help me repack and deliver our bags to our new room. Although this was a slight inconvenience they were very apologetic and helpful.

I had an amazing time for 2 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect. The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect near the Dubai Marina (the walk). The staff of this hotel are superb and always greeting you. I gave this hotel 4 stars as over all rating for 2 reasons.
first, the wireless internet service is really bad in the room and beside the swimming pool, for a 5 stars hotel this is unacceptable.
and second, the overpriced mini bar, i understand it is a 5 stars hotel but for a bag of M&M u have to pay around 60 aed (aprx 16$) where you can buy the same just outside the hotel with 10 aed (aprx 3$)?
the overall experience was perfect and i enjoyed my time and I do recommend the hotel.

Stayed here again for the 2nd time as the staff are very good and as its really close to Jumeirah Walk which has many restaurants/cafes etc to tempt you that are much cheaper than eating in.
Arrived and were given a temporary room, which was very welcome, had booked a sea view room and was glad we did as the view and the lack of noise etc from the road is worth it.Moved into that in the afternoon when it was ready.
Was hoping for an upgrade as we were celebrating a birthday but if it was to be in the Tower i would not have wanted a land view room as it backs onto the building work next door, which is very very close and starts at 7 ish, Did get a nice birthday surprise - thank you.
The pool area is very well maintained, did order lunch one day and it took an hour but it was huge and a bit expensive. Lifeguards are very thorough, don't bring any inflatables.
The staff are all very helpful and greet you when you return in a taxi which is very welcoming.
Chocolates on the pillow, fresh towels, complimentary water, housekeeping was immaculate for us.
There were some russian guests, some of whom were not very polite but what can you do.
Would say that childrens club is more suitable for younger children. The older boys seemed to do sports and not much else until the evening when it was disco and computer activities.
Breakfast was yummy. Ate in the pizzeria which was also delicious and house wine was very acceptable.

Room Tip: sea viiew is best.

Stayed at the LRM and have just returned. We have stayed at the Atlantis and Jumeri Beach before but this hotel outstripped them all. Service was absolutely fantastic, always a smile on their face and willing to go the extra mile. The room was spaceous and spotlessly clean, the pool and garden areas are a delight and service here is excellent, little golden nuggets of service include a cool, lemon smelling towel twice a day to keep refreshed together with a bottle of cool water to provide your face with a spritz and a cool down! Staff are always friendly and helpful, I cannot count the number of times I had my bag carried...Food was good, restaurants excellent, recommend the Gary Rhodes and try out the sports bar with the largest tv screen in Dubai - seriously trendy! We loved this hotel, don't usually go back but will this time.
