Description: Traiteur, Park Hyatt Dubai's award-winning signature restaurant, presents bistronomic French cuisine in an arresting environment. The menu is best described as a fusion of classic bistro cuisine with gastronomy, or to put it simply, casual French fine-dining. With striking views of the signature elevated show kitchen, which literally positions the restaurant's Chefs 'on stage', Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate. Our luxury resort restaurant features exclusive private dining spaces, including Chef's Table and Cave Privee - set amidst an impressive wine cellar, one of the most extensive in Dubai.

We booked this well in advance and got a very nice table inside. We had the champagne brunch an our waitress kept our glasses full all the time. I think I drank a hole bottle myself from 12.30 until 15.40 when we left. Every presentation was fresh and with a touch of artistry. You can't miss the Foie gras creme brule! It's magic! Tenderloin cooked to perfection and I can go on and on but try this brunch and you will understand what I mean. Can't wait to go back!

There are (as we are discovering) many styles of Dubai Friday brunch. Along the scale they range from focus on drink (aka 'Drunches') to a focus on food. This was definitely the latter. The food range was wide, the originality was of the highest, the ingredients fresh, the quality of the cooking second to none. Outstanding were the grilled lobster and the beef. The ambience of Traiteur is excellent. The service was a little mixed, but this is a minor criticism. Altogether excellent!

Super restaurant with great decoration and a high quality of food.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful with everything we asked them regarding the menu.

The open plan kitchen was fAbulous to watch and the food was just Devine.

We went onto the terrace after for drinks, super views but very very strong cocktails, infant too staring to actually drink!!!!

A truly decadent and exceptional brunch this is. The dining tables are spread out with a variety of live cooking stations about. The highlights were the cooked meats which were so succulently and seasoned to perfection. The fresh seafood and lobster also features highly as does the fois gras station and French stews. The cheese selection is excellent and the desserts is wide and varied and of the highest quality. The service is absolutely faultless and i commend the staff for their hard work. I paid for the alcohol option minus the champagne (regretably) and it was well worth it. The atmosphere is appropriate with some live music later being taken over by a DJ spinning some house/lounge, overall the mood is quite chilled and loungey but also enough buzz to keep it feeling trendy and youthfull. We dined outside and found it a little too hot despite being in the shade, perhaps some ceiling fans or something to take the edge off wouldn't go astray. I would certainly dine here again.
