The restaurant's 88-seat terrace features rustic wooden pavilions, lush exotic greenery and Hakkasan's signature oak latticing. The restaurant accommodates an additional 152 guests, including the opulent Ling Ling lounge, designed in black, gold and white. In addition to Hakkasan signature dishes and those created especially for an Emirate clientele, guests can also enjoy an extensive selection of spirits and world-class cigars. Hakkasan Dubai is open daily for dinner from 5:00pm, and from 12 midday until 4:00pm for Brunch every Friday.

“Great food like in London, not enough staff”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 18, 2013

The food was very tasty and the restaurant offers a great selection of signature dishes.
The sommelier was competent, attentive, and always had an eye on our table, which was great.

Our waiter was very friendly and did a very good job, but I honestly think that it was inappropriate to have only one waiter for multiple tables. I would expect this at TGI Fridays but not in a restaurant where I pay 2500 AED for a signature dish. On one or two occasions I ended up looking around for 1-2 minutes for the waiter (again, it's not the waiter to blame).

In London you are doing a better job (as plenty of staff is available there).

“Great Venue for Special Occasions”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 18, 2013

Last Valentine's Day, my husband surprised me with a dinner booking at Hakkasan. The interior is modern Oriental, with an outdoor seating reminiscent of a very sophisticated, upscale Spa/lounge. The Bar featured an impressive list of cocktails but the catch was the Master Mixologist preparing his own cocktail creation that wasn't on the drink list when requested by my husband to do "something "special" for us. Elegant but friendly vibe, with staff that are knowledgeable and attentive. We opted for the Valentine's Day Menu which was a good deal for AED 695++, featuring Hakkasan's classics like the Hakka Dimsum Platter. Portions were hefty. Great venue for celebrating that Special Occasion.

“Greasy and expensive but good location”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2013

This restaurant claims to be a "upscale Chinese". Well, ok, food is really greasy and overpriced. But the place deserves an award for the terrace arrangements, which makes you feel in a very exclusive lounge. The bar inside and overall facilities are just impressive.

“Great atmosphere but average food!!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 14, 2013

Went there last night with a few friends. The bar is very lively with very friendly bartenders. The restaurant has a great vibe and the outdoor seating is amazing. Make sure you book for outside when the weather is nice.
The food was average and maybe it's because we ordered some wrong items from the menu. A lot of fried food!! The wine list is great but all in all ended up paying a big bill for average food.
Will give it another chance for sure!

“Typical of a Michelin Star... small portions....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 8, 2013

The design, atmosphere and staff were absolutely excellent. Yes, it is justifiably famous for its Peking duck with Royal Beluga caviar (at 1,900AUD per portion); and, of course, it is a Chinese restaurant with a Michelin star and ranked as one of the 50 best restaurants in the world. Now, that normally means one thing: small portions! Indeed, Hakkasan lives up to that expectation too… The food is wonderful, but when you are sharing with friends, it is just all a bit too small…
