The food was very tasty and the restaurant offers a great selection of signature dishes.
The sommelier was competent, attentive, and always had an eye on our table, which was great.
Our waiter was very friendly and did a very good job, but I honestly think that it was inappropriate to have only one waiter for multiple tables. I would expect this at TGI Fridays but not in a restaurant where I pay 2500 AED for a signature dish. On one or two occasions I ended up looking around for 1-2 minutes for the waiter (again, it's not the waiter to blame).
In London you are doing a better job (as plenty of staff is available there).
