The fragrant smell and comfortable waiting area at the lobby will immediately give you the idea that this gem of a place is a step-up from the usual Deira hotels. A few minutes walk from the metro, the hotel is very convenient for tourists who wants to explore the cultural side of town (Gold Souk, riding an Abra, for starters).

The rooms are pleasant and clean. Well laid out with ample stocks in the mini-bar (there's a grocery store beside the hotel so if you need more/cheaper options, there's also that). The bathroom is clean with basic necessities. You can contact housekeeping for a toothbrush and perhaps a pair of slippers (I didn't see any during my stay).

I have a minor comment, though, with regards to the maintenance of the bathroom. I would only suggest that a thorough cleaning can be done instead of using only a spray and towel to clean the tub.

Overall, Suba Hotel is a very competitive option with reasonable rates and hospitable staff. For Deira hotels, I definitely recommend this.

Room tip: Make sure to ask for Mr. Akshay for special assistance on your bookings.

The location of Hotel Landmark Grand is good, but the entrance is not from Al-Riqqa road side. its from inner street which adds 100 meters more to reach to food street or Al Ghurair Center. My room was on 6th Floor and a smoking zone. comfortable for my partner who smoke. the Bar was good in the room. there was electric kettle with tea bags and milk coffee etc along with 2 bottles of mineral water daily free.
The WIFI was good. though the signals were not strong but stability was good.
There is a shuttle facility from hotel to airport but it is too expensive ( if you include this facility while booking if the option is there than its free )
The breakfast is OK. The quality of available food was OK.
Toiletries supplied were OK.
When I arrived at the facility all was ok except the hotel was short of Plastic keys. Funny isn't it. I got it on the third day on demand as we were two people so have to manage with one key was difficult.
The cleanliness was good. No odor,
The facility is not very near to Metro station. Its near to Union Metro station (about 600 Mtrs. as compare to Al Riqqa Metro Station.
Overall ambiance is normal. there was no noise or other things of nuisance.
The room sizes are of good spacious size compare to other hotels.

Room tip: At the time of booking do book airport free shuttle and breakfast

Comfortable stay at reasonable rate in Dubai
Very clean, neat and tidy everywhere. I was stayed in standard room, its not much spacious but everything are arranged very well. I-pad is provided in room to control all amenities like light, ac, entertainments etc instead of remotes. A wide selection of complimentary movies also available on tv.
10-15 minutes’ drive only from Dubai airport. Metro station is near there. Walkable distance only.
Staffs are polite n friendly.

I was Suba for 4 nights in September. I was picked up at the airport in a timely manner and the driver was very professional. For the amount i paid the hotel is really nice. Internet worked well, in house food was good as well. Granted it's not in the heart of downtown but every where is accessible. There are nice markets close by you can go to to shop for spices and food stuff if you'd rather eat outside. In a safe neighborhood as well

Nice stay.. Friendly staff only thing was that very very less Indianveg food items in hotel menu.
Spa is not up-to the mark.
Gym is Small rest for room I ll say yes nice and with unique system if IPad for lights and TV electronics.
Near to Al riggametro station.
Good travel desk.. Booked Lemo ride and burj Khalifa over there by 810 aed... Seems to be a bit costly...anyways enjoyed at most.
