The room was clean and technically equiped with modern technology. (You can controll almost everythin by an ipad). The location is ok, it's just a short walk to the metro or you take the taxi to the thing you like to see. Attentin, taxi driver dont know the hotel, download the google map you can show it to the dtiver if required.

It was just a short stay but the staff at suba made it memoriable by making my birthday so special .I would like thank the staff especially of front desk their anticipatory service,amazing.I loved the techonolgy in the rooms as evrythng is been controlled by ipad.overall excellent stay.luv suba :)

Generally everything is acceptable but the room service. they do the complete service by demand, not daily. & there is no plastic slippers for the bath !
The food & restaurant are very good. some personnel must be more careful about their behaviors. the rooms are clean, comfort & cozy. the rooms' media system is innovative & effective.

I reserved the room online the day before my layover. It was easy to reserve, and relatively inexpensive. Once I arrived, even though check-in time isn't until 2 p.m., the friendly and helpful staff were able to make a room available around 9 a.m. The check-in process at the hotel was simple and quick. You'll need a room key card to use the elevator, as well as to use the electricity (lights, temperature, TV, etc.) in the room. The television is operated with an iPad that is located in the room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. This includes the bathroom as well. The water in the shower was nice and hot. There is also a marker on the ceiling which indicates which way the Qiblah is, and this was quite convenient. The hotel also provided a complimentary water bottle, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the refrigerator contains a variety of delicious snacks (chocolates, packaged peanuts, drinks, etc). However, if you choose to consume any of the items in the fridge, you will be charged a nominal fee by the hotel for those specific items that you eat/drink.

There is a gym and a pool at the hotel; however, unfortunately, I cannot provide feedback on those facilities because I was too tired to do anything but sleep.

There is a restaurant in the hotel, as well as a coffee shop on the lobby floor, however, I cannot provide feedback for that since I didn't eat there. Additionally, there are many diverse restaurants within walking distance (such as Lebanese, Indian, Chinese, American, etc.), as well as a shopping center.

Lastly (perhaps, most importantly), there is no free transportation FROM the airport to Suba Hotel, but you can easily take a cab; however, the hotel does provide a free shuttle TO the airport (which is approximately a 10-15 minute drive).

Overall, I would (and will) definitely return back to this hotel, and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Comfortable double bed. Great Wi-Fi. Conveniently located next to Dubai Metro. Fast food and affordable restaurants nearby. Relatively clean, could be cleaner. Rooms facing away from the park are a lot quieter. Accommodating house-keeping staff. The staff at Reception. They refused to provide me with more than 2 x 500ml of water bottles a day. A 500ml bottle of water is extortionately priced at $2 in the hotel. A trip to the corner shop by the hotel will fetch you a 5 litre bottle for $1.50. Takes them ages to get anything done around the hotel. The house-keeping staff is more accommodating than the people at reception. The rooms are NOT sound proof. The channels available on TV are mostly Arabic, though they do have CNN and BBC. Messed up door locks, the RFID key to my room didn't work if the locking mechanism was off by a even a couple of millimeters. The bathroom has green mould developing on the ceiling which needs to be addressed by maintenance.

Room tip: Get a room facing away from the park. The rooms facing the park tend to have a lot of noise coming through in the evenings.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are
glad to know that in general you had a good stay at the Landmark Grand Hotel and
we can see many positive points mentioned in your review: convenient location,
comfortable bedding, accommodating housekeeping staff, etc. Same time we are
also taking a note of very important negative points mentioned in your
feedback. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure
you that all the points have been addressed to the concerned departments for immediate
corrective actions and improvement. However, we would like to clarify regarding
your request of water: normally we provide 2 bottles of water a day on a complimentary
basis, which is known by to the staff and your request at the reception was
also handled with care. However, the reception was only clarifying with you
that we shall inform housekeeping and they shall deliver to your room , I guess
this is where the misunderstanding has cropped in.

Nevertheless, we do apologize for the same and we look forward
to welcome you to the Landmark Grand . Please do let us know of your next visit.
