We liked this hotel very much. We slept in good beds and had a good shower in our clean rooms.
Breakfast is comprehensive: bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, eggs, beans etc.
The hotel provides a shuttle service to Al Mamzar Beachpark.
It's established in the middle of Deira and close to Union metro station.
Only thing that could be better is a few more beds at the pool.

Room Tip: A room with view over Al Riqqa Street.

It is always a pleasure to hear from our guest that they had a wonderful stay at the hotel and they enjoyed the facilities and took advantage of the location of the hotel by visiting as many places as possible.

You are absolutely correct , the union metro is situated just next to the hotel which gives you further advantage as both the Green and the Red Line passes thru this Metro Station.

The hotel was located off a major road with an entrance on a road behind it. The wifi was not free. State of the carpet needed to be replaced. Limited sockets to plug your gadgets for charging. The staff were generally quite good. Car park located below the hotel was useful. Bath floor seem to get even with shower curtain drawn. Probably drain overflowing. Could do with a refurb. I would say its star rating falls short of what it has. Suggest it is an upper three star. Breakfast starts to be served late (at 7am)

We stayed in this hotel in October and we found it to be very good. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and although it was after midnight when we checked in we were well received. The hotel is very close to the Union Metro station and there is a very nice shopping Mall nearby. It is not far from the airport but the airport traffic is barely noticeable. The pool area on the roof deck wasn't very inviting and there wasn't a lot of room up there. The breakfast was plentiful and adequate. The restaurant served a nice evening meal and it was very well priced. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again when we return

on a business trip i was booked by my partner into this hotel. From the reception up to the room eveything is classy. Continental breakfeast with a big variety of choice.
Rooms are big and very clean...wifi in rooms. Ì did enjoy my stay there. If not looking into the budget..it is a place to go. It did inspire confindence when business partners are meeting you there. I will recommend it.

Very nice location, very good hotel, rooms are big and spacious, lots of option to eat around, 500mts from algourair shopping centre. Nice breakfirst, lots of options.

Staff was a bit rude, and extra bed was more like extra springs then a actual bed. Internet is expensive and you can only connect to one device per payment.

Stayed couple of days on business trip in this Hotel. Relatively new, well furnished Hotel of the class: 4 star + but at far reasonably priced. Right opposite to a Mall with good choice of entertainment, Food and shopping, one does not need more...after a hectic day.

Stayed at the hotel in December 2012 with my family. The rooms are big but the bathrooms are small. The staff is very responsive e.g when our bathroom sink had a problem, the maintenance people came ad fixed within minutes.The guy called Mustaf (sp)was great and helpful. His colleague (cant remember his name) offered to buy a sim card for me. The breakfast needs some improvement, it doesn't look 4 star

Room Tip: Hotel taxis are expensive than the normal taxis. Its cheaper to use a taxi if you are a family than...
