Had a superb meal in this hotel restaurant last evening: the cuisine is authentic and exceptionally prepared and presented.
Wagu beef and black cod both delicious as was the snow crab.
The service from the Vietnamese hostess / waitress made the overall experience exceptional.
Two things I / we didn't like the music from the brash Imperium buffer next door (until it was turned down on request), the eye watering mark up on champagne / wine.
