The bar is probably the best thing about this gargantuan spot. The food at the restaurant is below par, the overall meal pricey. Lots of small plates are meant to be shared, tapas style, but the portions are tiny and the prices do not reflect that. You end up ordering the heavier carb-based items (the short rib pizza style dish was the highlight) just to fill up. When we first went, we thought it was a fun spot for a group; but the final bill was too high to justify. I think Loca is a better alternative for food and pricing although this is far glitzier as a venue and has a more fun, special-occasion vibe. I would suggest it for drinks upstairs rather than a full-blown meal.
