Al Nafoorah has long enjoyed a reputation for serving the finest Lebanese food in Dubai, along with generous helpings of Lebanese hospitality. The name Al Nafoorah is derived from the Arabic word for 'fountain'. The secluded location of the restaurant makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet lunch or dinner, with the stunning backdrop of Dubai's ever-changing skyline further enhancing your visit. Feast al fresco on our beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the same authentic Lebanese menu as that indoors. “Great food if a little pricey”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 3, 2013 via mobile

We ate here on 14th April after reading good reviews on TA. The ambience was superb. We arrived by taxi and not quite in the right area, but we were shown to the door of the restaurant by the Al Jumeirah concierge. We were greeted warmly and shown straight to our table outside which had a great view of the Burj. The food was excellent. There were some complimentary nibbles and then we had about 4 starters (mezes style) between the two of us. We followed this with a mixed kebab for two. We were so stuffed we declined dessert but after a little rest, were bought a complimentary fruit plate with honey a yoghurt on the side. The wine was quite pricey compared to what we pay in rural France, but no more than you would pay in an upscale restaurant in London or any other capital city. We ate well and we suffered none of the complaints about food or service that have previously been cited in other reviews - and all of dinner stayed with us unlike other reviewers!! The other diners were a good mix of Westerners and local families and couples which is always pleasing to see. Overall about £70 per head but we were on holiday so we don't mind when it's a treat - if you lived here it might be seen as a bit steep on a regular basis. A great destination restaurant and would definitely come again when next in Dubai

“Good ambiance, Arabic delights, even get to see locals”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 13, 2013

Our guest from Zurich wanted try Arabic for dinner. Souk al Bahar was sold out. Our concierge recommended as a good option. We were not disappointed. The evening was very pleasant, staff attentive, though needed slight prompting at times, the food was to our taste, and great variety. Outdoors the setting was perfect.

Normally in Dubai, you do not see locals in Western restaurants. Occasionally youngsters may be seen. A few families did appear as we were almost done. According to local custom dinner starts at 9:30 to 10:00 pm.

So if you want to try local cuisine, this is a good option.

“Fantastic food with a view!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 1, 2013

Went here with a friend from out town and had a blast! We were lucky to get a table on the terrace, and the food was amazing. Our servers were so attentive and quite quick to refill the wine glass! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for good Lebanese food.

“Lebanese Fine Dining”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 5, 2013

The food was great and the portions were generous. We sat in the outdoor area and enjoyed an excellent shisha after dinner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the price was very reasonable.
